Ordered on the app with curbside pickup so I didn’t have to get out of my car and I waited outside for 30 minutes before I went inside and figured out they had already made my food and it was just sitting there. My food was cold when I got it. Learn how to do your job

I wrote a review of the wrong store. This is the Canes that falls short every time.

Like i said, they serve fries, chicken, bread and coleslaw and yet they always forget to include one of the side items. Always.

Why does canes always have so many tendon pieces and silver skin on their chicken? Do they Even try to remove it before cooking it? The chicken it self is great quality, but it ruins it when I have to dig through my mouth to take out a tendon. And it’s not a rare occurrence either. Every single time I go there it’s the same thing.

I’ve avoided Canes for a while now because I thought it was overrated but I tried it and was impressed. It’s only really chicken strips but they were pretty good and the sauce was the bomb. My only issue is the simple menu but it was good so that’s a positive.
