I am grateful to CJ for their kindness. I ordered my box combo xtra crispy and pulled forward to wait in the drive-thru, but my food was forgotten about. CJ came out and told me what happened and then gave me vouchers for next time since I had to wait for it to be remade. I had another issue a couple of months ago and the manager at the time was also very helpful. I appreciate the ease in resolving issues!

Why does canes always have so many tendon pieces and silver skin on their chicken? Do they Even try to remove it before cooking it? The chicken it self is great quality, but it ruins it when I have to dig through my mouth to take out a tendon. And it’s not a rare occurrence either. Every single time I go there it’s the same thing.

I’ve avoided Canes for a while now because I thought it was overrated but I tried it and was impressed. It’s only really chicken strips but they were pretty good and the sauce was the bomb. My only issue is the simple menu but it was good so that’s a positive.
