I had the Gumbo and the flavor was not just your everyday, pre-made gumbo. The white fish and the okra came alive in the flavor.
The Etuffee was amazing, and I make my own at home.
My wife had the Blackened chicken which was very tender, perfectly prepared.
The hushpuppies were tender and delicate. And the sauce will leave you trying to make that at home too!
In addition to this, the atmosphere with their Playlist is always authentic, always nostalgic with an occasional modern twist, not to mention ever-changing.

When you come in, ask for Thu (pronounced like the #2). She has a great personality, deep knowledge of the kitchen and attention to your every detail. Ask for her.
