Razzoo's Cajun Cafe

This is one of the last really good razoos around. We love coming here because both the service and food is much better than the other razoos around! Definitely worth the visit and you will come back!

Excellent service and great food! Carrie, our server, was extremely attentive and helpful. Our daughter has a dairy allergy and she, the manager, and everyone else made sure we didn't have to worry, went over the menu with us, and even provided a list and double checked with the kitchen. That kind of service is rare.

Carrie was also very good about refilling our drinks before they got too low, offering boxes, and checking on us regularly. She's super nice and made our experience even better.

Tried to have a family event here with 10 people. Got turned away because of a inane rule that they can't put that many people together. The manager wouldn't even accommodate by putting 5 and 5 next to each other. I have never had this issue before. Won't be be coming to this location again.

Me and my husband went to eat at this location the server was a young girl that basically denied us services , after the host seated us everything was good then the girl claimed we smelled like marijuana so she couldn’t serve us alcohol but was bold even to sit and laugh about how good weed smell saying it smell like some gas ! Like excuse me this the most trash Razoos I ever been to and I love razoos but this location please get y'all workers in check it was giving and yes I went 3/15/2025 around 9:50pm

Had dinner here 2 weeks ago. Took about 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. The waiter named Carrie barely checked on us and never offered refills. The food was good but the sides were barely warm. When we asked for the ticket she took awhile and brought it back with added orders we didn’t have. She went to fix it tried to scan my card (that I had locked since the ticket was incorrect)without my permission without seeing the fixed ticket and still had the same issue she claimed her manager must not have fixed it and went back and still had the same issues and also tried to scan my card without seeing the ticket. It took her 3 times to fix my ticket.

Unfortunately, this restaurant does not take allergens seriously.
Dining with a friend with Celiac's who was very clear that she was allergic to wheat- she was served a salad with croutons and politely asked them to remake the salad, reiterating that she had an allergy. They took it back, but clearly just picked the croutons out and did not remake it. She didn't realize until too late and wound up quite sick. :(

Great food! Great staff! Great atmosphere! What else do you want? Had the fried shrimp/ fish basket. Very tender & flavorful. Also the crawfish boil platter. Amazing. One of my favorites! You will not be disappointed!

We had a new guy. He was great but we got there at 3 pm and didn't leave til 430 took 45 minutes to get our food. But the food was great and so were the drinks. He apologized for the wait and luckily we weren't in a hurry. Just warning that it's a little slower
