We go to razzoos when my in-laws visit to get crawfish, oysters, and one of the best amaretto sours they've ever had. Our experience is always great from the moment we walk in, & our waiter was fabulous. I want to brag on the waitstaff and specifically Hannah, who took time to interact with our usually-shy 3 year old in between taking care of her own tables. From gifting necklaces to testing color knowledge with her pens, Hannah was a pleasure to talk to even though she wasn't our waitress and a treasure to add to our kiddo's dinner experience.Parking: Parking is sometimes difficult in the shopping strip, but there's plenty of parking if you cross the street.

Been here many times and they are consistent with the food and service. I recommend the Cajun fondue with crawfish (appetizer) and the stuffed shrimp (main). But overall I haven’t had anything I was disappointed with.

This place is average. The food is good, nothing special but good. No different from any restaurant struggling to staff waiters right now, there were empty tables everywhere but had to wait 40 minutes. Had to do take out instead.
I ate there yesterday and had the worst server. She took 10 minutes to realize we were her table and get us our drinks. And she got us the wrong drink intially. Then she came back 10 minutes after taking our order to double make sure she wrote down the correct order. And when our order came it was still wrong. We ran out of water and were drinking melted ice and another person had to get us water and ketchup because she had not checked on us once. When she did she spent 10 minutes showing us her niece and proceeded to touch my baby without my permission. We also had to ask another server for the check because she didn’t even give us that. I have no idea what her name was because she never said it. It was actually so terrible. The managers were nice and trying to do damage control but overall I will still not be returning here. It is so bad lately I have no clue what’s going on. Not to mention the table behind us was that server’s table too and they didn’t even have drinks by the time we finished our meal and they only came in shortly after us.

Service was good portions were a joke. So the stars are for the servers. No longer trust this place thougb. Too much for such a small piece of food. Plenty of other places charge the same or less for a much larger portion of food. Dont know what happened there.

First time in the place, but it won't be my last.We had a party of 5, yet we were seated almost immediately. Our server was friendly, and the food was delicious! I had the Gator platter.The atmosphere was lively and fun. I will definitely be going back.

The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered the shrimp and cat combo, my usual favorite. My friend and I shared the brownie which was delicious. My only complaint is the hall to the restroom has a very strong foul odor, I'm glad I went after eating.
