Even though the line to order was out the door staff made sure the line moved smoothly. Yes it was a while before we got our food but considering the amount of people ordering it wasn’t bad. We’ll go again just not on a Saturday evening

These people have 1 price on the menu and charge you a whole different price at the cash register. They are crooks.
Terrible! No wait service! You order @ door! Waiting forever for this line of people just to finally get to the cashier to even LOOK @ the menu, then they decide, then order, then pay! The Dr. Pepper was out, the sweet tea was out. So by this time, I decided I need an alcoholic beverage....you have go to the bar n wait for the 1 bartender after 10 min. I go back to the table to eat & live without that drink. I got water! I'll never come back!

Not sure I'm a fan of the layou and payout, but the food was good. The Catfish and fried shrimp share same batter which was fresh, but dry. Overall it's a good place and not extravagantly expensive to visit.

2/9/25 I love it here everything is always so fresh I have not had a bad experience yet! The crab legs and sauce are always on point and fresh! I’ve come one time when they were busy and the service was still fast food is always seasoned to perfection!
The crab and shrimp are delicious! 🦀🍤 This was my third time ordering, but the customer service? Terrible.
We ordered Bucket #4 online and paid extra for headless shrimp, yet they left the heads on. 🤢 I called to fix it, offering to send a picture, but Damian insisted I return the shrimp to get a replacement—after I had already dumped everything out. 🤦🏻♀️
He offered 10% off next time. But what the hell?! This place isn’t cheap. This was a special occasion, not some random meal. I don’t want a discount—I just want my order right.
First-world problems, I know 😢 But after a long day of work, paying almost $100 for this meal, all I wanted was to enjoy my food, and because someone else messed up, my whole experience was ruined. 😩 And now I wasted time talking to Damian, writing this stupid review, and my food is cold. Now I have to get up and warm it up. 🙄
Moral of the story: Check your order before you leave, because they won’t fix their mistakes.
