I absolutely love red lobster...I stopped into the red lobster today on hulen and was served by Lupe...she was very nice and helpful! I will definitely come back again

Absolutely terrible experience. The host ignored us for about 8 minutes until I asked somebody to have someone seat us. When she came to seat us she proceeded to try and seat us at the bar at a very dirty table. I am currently 9 months pregnant, and we had a four-year-old. So why would we need to be sat at the bar? He was walking extremely slowly and sluggishly, like she had just woken up from a nap. It's not as if it was busy, it was extremely slow. There were maybe three people actively eating in the restaurant. I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH TO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. If you want red lobster, I recommend driving 10 miles down the road and going to the other restaurant.

We went for a belated birthday dinner for my daughter and it was delicious! And our waitress, Natalie, was absolutely amazing! She was super sweet and very patient with us as we were a family of 8 with very different tastes and needs which made extra work for her:/ and on top of that she went out of her way and brought my daughter ice cream, stayed to sing happy Birthday with us and offered to take a group picture for us! Well go back just for her and the top notch service she offered! If you read this, Thank you, Natalie!

Our waiter moises was one of a kind made us feel very welcome and was on tope of his game!! We didn't have to ask for anything it was already refiled... I wish every other waiter in the world was like moises!!
