Table for 2 was dirty with drink rings when we sat down. Took about 15 min for bread after we ordered. Plates came with the bread were dirty. Food finally came out was ok I guess, not great. Never got the margarita I ordered, then had to wait while it was was voided by a manager. Never saw a manager or anytype of person in management cheking on anyone or cheking with me about voided items...table next to us sat with dirty dishes on it the entire time we dined.....Got seated right away on a saturday night. Bad sign. Just go to long johns seriously.

Went to the Hulen location in Fort Worth for a side cesar salad. I ended up spending a whole hour of my time there because they charged me over 60 bucks for someone else's order, and then gave that customer my debit card. The customer had already left with my card, and I had his. After making these Hugh mistake, and taking my time I only got a side salad for free. The inconvenience of now canceling my card n having to get a new one because a total stranger left with my card. I'm furious

I would write a review on the food but we didn't even get that far.. I understand that it's Valentine's Day.. but my husband and I didn't even get a drink order in.. we got there got sat and that was it we watch so many servers walk past us and didn't say anything.. I'm not sure I wanna come back if that's how customers are treated..

Aalijah was amazing. His attention to detail was perfect. He is a great server.

We had only one issue with a drink that was ordered from the bar, the manager came and fixed it immediately.
