The hostee at the front desk was very rude. Barely spoke didn't speak going out at all. She acted real ugly when I asked for another table. People will sometimes leave because of how they are treated.

Went here a few days ago and sat down. The restaurant was basically empty as it was a weekday. We sat there for 15 mins at least and not a single waiter came up to ask us for our order for drinks or food. But about 6 waiters and manager were stood about 10 feet away at the bar. One person was being trained how to use the register. The rest just stood there chatting. So we left. I won’t support a business that cant even do the most basic function. Whoever is the manager there needs to be fired and i rarely think that. There was maybe 2 other tables with people. There was Literally more waiters than customers!! Every-time we have been there is the pst the place has been almost empty and now i get why.Looking at other reviews i see others have the same kind of experience and this wasn’t a one off situation. And red lobster just seem to respond with generic reply’s about how it’s less than stellar! And want you to contact them on facebook. Erm how about you actually sort out the very obvious problem with your staff.

When we arrived, it was empty. Y did it take so long 2 get our food? When my brother's entree came, we were pleasantly surprised until we found a small piece of cardboard in his food. Their solution, give me a free $5 mimosa that wasn't even full plus an additional $5 discount. When I spoke up, I got my 10% military discount on top. At worst, my brother's entree should have been totally free. At best, I shouldn't have had 2 pay 4 anything at all!

It was it was delicious. I just have some concerns. First is that the princes are high and the food isn't that big yo back red lobster up. Their service isn't at its best. Our waiter kept forgetting about us. And it turns out it wasn't just one table it was multiple tables. I don't think that they don't have a lot of staff. I heard them talking and laughing in the kitchen. It's fine to be happy and laughing, but not when you aren't completing your job on your time as well.

So disappointing! It has been 4 years since we have been to Red Lobster and that was in another city. This was our first and last visit to this location or any for that matter. It was not busy by any means but everything took forever to come out, drinks and food. The server never cleared any dishes or glasses from start to finish or got us refills unless we asked. The food was awful for what we paid. My son loves fries and he took one bite and wouldn't touch the rest. They were dry and cold.

First time in a long time going to Red lobster and I couldn't recall why. I remember loving the food. The answer was most likely the service because of yesterday, I was reminded why I definitely won't be going back.Walked in and the place was empty, there was about 4 tables.. the host said to give him a second and we waited almost 10 minutes to be seated after that. But the most unpleasantness came from our waiter. It took him forever to bring us stuff... our appetizer never came out and when I asked about it when our food got there... he walked away without saying anything and came back with them saying he forgot to bring them out.... spoiler alert... they were cold.I never got a refill on my drink... we asked for a 2nd basket of bread a total of 5 times.. I also asked for it to go since it never came out. Never got it to go.I asked for Parmesean for my salad since it didn't have any.... saw him circle back a few times, and then he finally made his way over to say they were out of Parmesean unfortunately. I hadn't had such terrible service in SUCH a long time which was so unfortunate cause the food tasted great... (aside from the no Parmesean which was sad but understandable.... even the cold mozzarella sticks were delicious)
