The only place to get froyo deep downtown but it’s good, just wish they had some more flavors

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

The only reason that I am not giving this place one star is the fact that the smoothie was not that bad. Here a few of the reasons that I did not enjoy this place.
1) The name of the smoothie shop is only listed on the inside of the store and can not be seen from the outside. On the outside it is called some cookie shop.
2) The lady on the inside was very rude to the people in front of us and got mad at a young lady for not asking for her own receipt but sending her friend to ask for it because the cashier was clearly struggling to understand English and the young ladies friend knew Spanish.
3) To the same lady I asked if we could customize our smoothie and she would not give me a straight answer. At first I thought it was the language barrier but number four will prove that otherwise.
4) Once she gave us the smoothie it was only about 75% filled up. And I see that other people had this issue also. I asked why she did not fill it up and she tried to say that I paid for a smaller size of the smoothie (which I did NOT, I was certain to get the large size) and then she said “are you really about to complain about this right now?” I said “well I would just think that you would fill it up” And then she said *while reaching for my cup* “give it to me and I’ll put more ice!!” I did not give it to her but we went back and forth and little more with her trying to tell me that was correct but I said whatever and walked away. And that is when I told myself that she must know enough English to say all that.

Now I am not for anyone getting fired but definitely needs more training. And if the cup issue is a management issue in not giving the correct size cups they must correct it.

The lady has a terrible attitude. They fill up the cup half way and charge you full price. When we complained she only offered to add ice not more smoothie. 0/10. Would not recommend.

We brought the kids for ice cream. Waited a very long time to be addressed even though we were initially the only people in there before a line formed behind us. We saw two families walk out before she even started to take our order.

The lady working tried to refuse me a smoothie because I ordered it last. Then tried to charge us $35 for our order. (Basic math says its $25+tax.)

Got that fixed and then finally got this smoothie after everyone was finished with their ice cream. Not impressed.

Every time I come to this place it's closed I've been there a few times and been completely satisfied with the product but these fools can never stay open. It's annoying especially since I want to give them my business but luckily freshii has the same product I'm looking for. So good luck I'm done with you guys!!!

I had a terrible experience here. The Mexican lady working was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude. She didn't use gloves or wash her hands before making a smoothie. When I asked for a straw, she refused. I won't be coming back. She doesn't belong in there.

Following the post below from Kara.
We waited close to 30 mins for ONE juice and ONE Panini.
I also felt bad for the two ladies. You can hear them bickering and being stressed out. They even closed early to stop letting people in.
I feel like I could’ve gotten better and quicker service across the street at a busy Cheesecake Factory.

Pros: tasty acai bowls! The cookies looked good too but I did not try oneCons: The store was understaffed with untrained employees who tried their best but were clearly overwhelmed. This led to them dropping stuff, snapping at customers, and taking literally 20-30 minutes to finish each acai bowl. One employee (maybe the manager?) asked if the two up front were okay (they clearly were not) but then didn't seem to help. I mostly felt bad for them. Also, they only have 4 flavors of fro-yo and the machine broke while I was there. This store has potential so I hope they are able to fix things up and do well in the future!

Açaí bowls are “bland” because there’s no sugar added. I loved mine and though the fruit added was sweet enough!

This place does not make their own fresh cookies, they are delivered by nestle so don't expect any good quality or ingredients

The location is great, they are ok, not the best yogurt ice cream I’ve tried but you do not have any options in downtown Fort Worth.

The first time I went here was a great experience. However today I arrived at 10:45 because the hours say the shop closes at 11. I walked 25 minutes from my apartment just to swing the door open and have a read headed girl tell me they’re closed and can’t I read the sign. While writing this review I’ve seen several people walk up to the door confused as to why they closed early. I know I will never waste my time with this place again.
