The customer service is AMAZING! The hostess addressed everyone waiting. She asked if we were okay or needed anything while we waited on our take out. There were at least 5 parties waiting. I was so impressed!

The service was awful. Had a gift card issued from Red Robins and the manager could not get the card to work. The waitress grabbed my bag of food and took it to the back. As if I was going to steal the food. I offered to pay for the food after about fifteen minutes of trying but, the manager insisted on getting the card to work. I called customer relations and asked for assistance. They could not help me but, said they could see the gift card in the app. After about 45 minutes...

Onion rings were very crispy a little bit greasy but tasted fantastic. The bread on the burger was so sweet and battered and fried jalapenos were delicious. My only complaint would be The annoying ice machine compressor made too much noise while I ate at the bar.
