Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Over all it was good. Loved the A-1 steakhouse burger. Fries seasoning was i wish I would have taken some home.

We haven’t been to Red Robin’s for a while. We used to enjoy the food here but the experience was not good at all today.
The service was okay but there weren’t any napkins until we asked.
The bottom of glasses are all chipped. My burger was greasy. Definitely not a GOURMET burger. I got upset belly after eating. The steam broccoli is so gross that you can see from the picture. How can you serve food like that at the restaurant?
The floor of the restroom was sticky and we also smelt something burnt really bad. What a nightmare 🙁

Its Red Robin, its not the best burger in Fort Worth, but its the best burger chain and bang for your buck spot. If you've never eaten here before the burgers are pretty darn good, its my favorite chain and a great alternative to Applebee's, Chili's, or any of those other chains in within the ~$20 or less per person price range. They have a cheap lunch special that runs just a little more then a McDonalds large value meal and is 10x tastier. They have a decent drought beer list and bar, are kid friendly, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I love the Terryaki Burger with pineapple on it and IPA. They've got a great burger on the kids menu my 4 year old loves.

Finally got a decent burger. It was thick and well cooked. Delivered hot and nicely plated. Wait staff was friendly, efficient and non intrusive.

The service was absolutely amazing. The burgers were served hot and fresh very juicy and very tasty. The bottomless fries hot, crispy on the outside tender and done on the inside. Bar drinks were lighthanded pours. But who really is trying to get buzzed at a burger establishment. Overall very pleasant experience.

I feel like I remember the food being more flavorful. It was good enough to eat but the smoke and pepper burger wouldn't rival whataburgers sweet and spicy at that moment. The parmesean fries tasted more like fry oil than parmesean. We paid almost $60 for decent service but it didnt feel justified. Can you have buyers remose for food? The waitress was friendly though!

My favorite part of the entire meal was the freckled lemonade. So theres the plus.

Wings were horrible . Overcooked ! Soupy wing sauce all at the bottom! Never again will I eat there . The manager rude to my husband mean no customer service !

Had a fantastic server on Friday, his name was Joshua. He said he is new. He had such an immaculate vibe, it was a nice refresh to our night after fighting for our lives at hobby lobby. Joshua is the best, best server I’ve had in a long time, excellent energy. 100/10, slay Joshua.

The waitress took 25 minutes to bring us the straws and wasn't very friendly. We are still waiting

Was amazing 👏 everything was fantastic, the place , the menu , the service, the cleanest, and of course the Food !
Our server Alberto do a great job he encourages us to sign up for the rewards program and we get a free entrée right on the spot 👍 fair prices good portion and we get the endless fries 🍟 we need to ask for a Togo box 📦 I really recommend this location 😀 come with a friend or wife or the whole family you will enjoy everything and be back for more I'm sure 😉

The food at this Red Robin isn't anything mind-blowing, but it's one of our go-to spots for a casual meal before braving Costco. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which keeps us coming back. I really appreciate that you can swap any burger for a turkey patty, and honestly, I have a few favorites on the menu that I like equally.

The only hiccup I've ever had was once when my steamed broccoli came out a little too firm, basically warm but still raw. The waitress was super sweet about it and immediately offered to bring me a new side, but I just went with fries instead. Every other time I've ordered broccoli, it's been perfect, so I chalk that up to a one-time miss.

Overall, the service is quick, the team is great, and it's an easy place to enjoy a relaxed meal.

Our server Joshua was so friendly. Today was his first day working and you wouldn't even know. I hope I get him again!
