Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Experience this evening was terrible, at best. Bianca was beyond annoyed to help. Told her it was our son’s birthday and she said “um ok” - after having taken forever to get to our table. I can have patience for long waits, but bad attitude is a deal killer. Ironically we came here last week too and absolutely had an amazing time with a server in training. Bianca needs to work away from people, as her attitude was on full display. My kids love Red Robin as it’s great for the whole family but unfortunately the service was trash tonight.

The food was good and service was good. The place was filthy: unswept floors, floors that had liquid spilled and a wet sign but no one cleaned up the spill, tables were dirty/un-wiped, host/manager(?) walking around ignoring filthy/dirty areas, 5-6 employees sitting in the corner (probably their break time I am guessing?) talking loud and others that were working that were talking with them and ignoring their areas/customers; bathroom was in need of supplies. If the front of house was this unkempt/filthy; it makes me wonder what the kitchen area is like.

The best burgers in town, but I am not saying that they could improve. Always plenty of room to seat and they are actually allowing me to seat where I want. Thank you

Service was a 5 out of 10 was slow on getting back to us with napkins and wasn't attentive. It was not busy at all. Food was ok.

I was pleasantly surprised at this place. Haven't eaten at Red Robin in almost a decade. When we walked in, the manger didn't seem awake or like she wanted to be there. The restaurant stunk like old oil, and I wanted to turn and run! But we were starving and decided to give it a try. The food came out hot and was actually good. The boneless wins were done perfectly compared to Buffalo Wild Wings, always over cooking them. My husband's burger wasn't bad either. That said, sometimes you can be completely wrong by the first impression.

I like Red Robin and occasionally visit. However, my last visit made me NEVER want to come back again. It was a Tuesday afternoon, so I'm not very busy. I remember the place being relatively empty, so I was not expecting that we'd be sitting there 20 mins and not be approached by our server or any of the staff. The servers passed the table several times and proceeded to check on others. Even the new people that arrived were given priority. My family just decided to walk out. Maybe it was color thing because I highly doubt that they didn't notice a family sitting in the section with nothing in front of them. Needless to say that was the last time we will be going to Red Robin.

Stopped in for some lunch while running errands. Duke was our server, he's a great guy. Took good care of us. Of course I had great food, never disappointed. This time I got the fish and chips, wife got the chicken sandwich.

Vegetarian options: They have a great veggie patty, not an impossible burger.

By far the best gluten free bun around. Also the manager at this location is fantastic about making sure to get customizations right. Order from this place! You will not be disappointed!

We stopped in to grab a bite as we shopped in the area. I also needed to redeem my "Birthday Offer" as well. I love their rewards program.
The food was so good. My burger was cooked to perfection, and the garlic fries were amazing! My husband had some kind of volcano type burger that had a molten cheese eruption over it that he enjoyed.
Our service was quick and courteous, and I greatly appreciated it. It was an overall great experience.

The food and the service were both very good. Gilbert was attentive to us. Even put the game on for my wife. We will visit again. It was nice coming here and having such great service after going to Old Chicago and having No Service and walking out after 10 minutes.

Our server, Liza, was extremely polite and accommodating! Food was out less than 10 minutes after ordering, and our margaritas (also prepared by Liza at the bar) were delicious and very well presented. I will definitely be coming back!
