I was given the wrong order ( 1 meal was missing and 6 meals were incorrect) and when I emailed and texted the information listed on the site I got no response. The following Sunday I called the pick up location and was told to call back next week because customer service doesn't respond until Thursday. I called back the following week and the girl who answered knew that they had incorrectly given me the wrong order and said she was going to let her boss know and he should email me. It has been another week ( 3 weeks total) and no one has reached out to me. The food isn't bad for what you're paying for but the customer service is non existence. 10/10 do NOT recommend because of poor customer service.

FOOD POISONING - Has anyone else gotten food poisoning from their Reful meals the past three weeks? My whole family got sick and so did my friends. We have called, texted, and emailed multiple times with no response. In trying to find any other way to contact the owner, I found this @nbc5 article - nbcdfw.com/news/local/pr…. So this feels pretty hopeless, but maybe posting on social media will get Christopher Sanchez's attention? If it doesn't, hopefully this comment will at least save someone else's time and money by avoiding this place and not having to call in sick to work. Fort Worth is a small town.. news travels quickly.

Great premade vegan meals. I love cooking and I'm great at it. But then I have issues with portion control. This has helped me take the guess work out of it and just eat what I need. The food is great. I love the tacos! As a graduate student, saving time preparing meals is something I majorly value. I have had trouble finding a meal prep company that had: good/healthy options, a fair price, and followed my dietary restrictions. Somehow Reful fills all these boxes, plus is nearby and a small local business. Could not say enough nice things and I recommend all my friends and cohort members to get there meal prep from here too.

Do not recommend. I have used them in the past and the meals are good, however the customer service is extremely poor. I am a working mother of 2 and always busy, hence the reason I get these meals. I placed an order, paid online, planned to pick up Monday at Fort Worth store, but as all mothers can attest, last minute illnesses arose with my children and I was unable to pick up my meals. I called, no answer, no call back, I text the number it said to text online, no response, no response to emails I sent either. I called the store the following Monday when they were open and she said she would call her boss and get back to me - no return call. I’m out over $60 and no one has helped rectify the situation. Extremely poor customer service - I will not be using ever again.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will say food is ok and worth the price but their customer service is awful!!! Our first drop off point was off of camp Bowie and they were extremely rude with us when we attempted to get our food. We then changed to magnolia location and I waited for 20 minutes after opening time and no one showed up. Was only day I can get food so guess $100 wasted.Food and price may be good but not when you add in the rudeness and inconvenience that you experience. Also don’t even think of emailing them or calling their phone number. They will not answer and voicemail is full so can’t even leave a message.

This place has great meal prep options! Always get breakfast and dinner for the week and it helps me stay healthy throughout the week while on the road. Ordering is easy on the website and you can even walk in and check out whatever extras they have in the fridges on the days they’re open.

When did gluten-free and dairy-free taste so good? When these guys opened up, that's when. And you can order ahead of time ( getting Some great discounts), or you can just show upSunday or Monday, grab and go. Delicious!

I ordered the 10 meal special and was not disappointed with the meals. I quickly learned you have to sign up fast to get a broader scope of meals early in the week or else you get the ones people are to keen on. The meals overall were very good and I have been converted to a subscriber. This makes planning and cooking something healthy a breeze!
