I ordered the 12 oz buffalo steak, medium rare- it was kinda tough and the middle was like raw rare. There wasn’t much mashed potatoes and it was kinda sad and they weren’t very hot and there was weird piece of plastic in them too. The soup was just okay too. It was very loud and the restaurant was dirty. The server was nice. The price honestly wasn’t worth it. I woulda rather been to Texas Roadhouse which is actually good

I sat at the bar. Party of 1. Suzanne took care of me. Super friendly, great spirit and service. I loved the western decorations. The building has an energy about it that vibrates as soon as you walk in the door. Shelbster delivered my chicken fried steak, she's hilarious, and I bet a bit of trouble lol Another young lady got me my other beer, I think Alle was her name on the badge seems like a sweetheart. Lots of good energy from the staff at the front... servers laughing amongst each other. It's nice to see employees enjoying themselves on their job.
My only complaint no Televisions! There is one but it was small and in a corner out of view and when I looked at it was on a screensaver. I bet if there were more televisions, and having them on, the bar would be busier. Good prices for the portions.

Tried a early Valentine's lunch with my sweetheart. We are in town for the birth of our grandson, rented a car and drove from Dallas. This place is highly recommended by my son in law. Shelvster was our server she recommended the 22z tbone great melt in mouth steak! Wife had the steak and lobster with prime ribeye. She suggested local Brew rawr?? Delicious. We ended our celebration with a creme brulee and coffee. Sad no espresso but they have espresso martini. We're coming back Sunday to see our server again with the rest of family. Ask for Shelvster shes the bees knees!

Traveling Construction Superintendent
3 of us ordered and they only brought 2 of our entrees. They didnt bring my food and the other 2 people in our party had finished eating by the time I got my food. They completely forgot about me somehow. The food was ok but the service was terrible. I guess it is riscky to eat there afterall.
What a wonderful meal at Risckys! After eating at another restaurant nearby, I was hesitant to order a steak in Texas again (Nebraska girl who loves her corn-fed beef!). But the flat iron steak, ribeye, and exceptional service from Alle made it an easy win. We left very impressed and have redeemed our faith in Texas steak!

Steak was good. $58 for 14oz is ridiculous. Across the street is 18 for the same price. Definitely not a $58 steak. The waitress came out and said it's taking so long because they dropped it on the ground and they had to cook another. They told her not to tell me but she did anyway. So for waiting forever for a steak not worth $58 I'll give it 3 stars. Way overpriced tourist trap. Go to Cattleman's.
