My husband and I went here for the first time recently. In all fairness, I don’t think we are soufflé lovers, and it was first experience at dining at a Souffle’ restaurant together. Our waitress was very nice and we would give her a four, however, as a whole, we weren’t really crazy about the food. We did like some things better than others and we’ll share them here. I ordered the crab soufflé, and although I’m a crab lover, I immediately knew I didn’t like it....

The marshmallow soup alone is reason enough to visit. The goat cheese marshmallows are impossibly fluffy without taking over the carrot bisque soup. Everything here feels thoughtful and refined. There are painted rocks behind the booth seats, no paper towels in the restrooms and instead cloth napkins (torchons) that are washed.

The Souffles always come out perfect and with great savory flavors, I love the spicy sausage souffle abd duck a la orange. They always have fun new specials and offerings. The sweet souffles also do not disappoint, the cranberry champagne I had was awesome. The service and staff are great 👍
