Macaroni Grill was legit one of my favorite places, it’s sad to see how many closed. It’s a great treat to find one that’s open and experience that same atmosphere, food and service. I love the crayons and paper table cloths, even if I am an adult ?

Manager Jennifer was so accommodating when our travel baseball team was in town. She worked to get an extra server in to make it happen for us. Our server Shy was so welcoming, calm and patient with our group of 40. Other servers pitched in to help get our group in and out in about 2 hours. Food was delicious and no fuss was made when one of the kids spilled a water everywhere. Really thankful that they made it possible for us to have a team & parent dinner.

Decent food but really great service. We had the sweetest waitress, Cheyanne, who went above and beyond!

We ate here since we were staying next door at Fairfield Inn and Suites. I had the lobster bisque followed by the Bibb and Bleu with Shrimp add-on. My husband had the penne rustica and a caesar salad. The salad and shrimp extras were only $3.50 each. Of course a large warm loaf of bread and olive oil was included. Our server was very nice and attentive. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely go back when in Fort Worth.

We are from out of town and really wanted to try this place. After being seated for 35 minutes we still had no appetizers or bread and hungry. There were 3 tables that came in after us that were served and 2 of them given bread. Then our waiter came to tell us that they were out of bread and when he left the table we watched as the 3rd table to come in after us was given bread. 2 tables even got their meals yet we just had our drinks. We eventually just had to walk out and go elsewhere. Very disappointing. We are on vacation for our anniversary and tonight was our last night to go out.

It looks like this business is struggling. Despite very few other customers due to the early hour of the reservation, they appeared understaffed. I believe there was only one server in the dining room, and a trainee, but I saw lots of other employees behind the counter. Multiple people attended to us and were very gracious and friendly, just slow to get our order and the food was slow coming out. There was a problem with the AC and it was super hot.

Everything from the time we came in until we left was perfect!! The food was outstanding. The service was impeccable & the atmosphere was quite nice as we arrived just before they were closing, we were still welcomed in by their staff. We took our leftovers back to our motel fridge. We were in Ft. Worth for a Kid Rock concert the next evening. After the concert we were partied out & ubered back to our rooms. I can not start to tell you how wonderful it was heating our leftovers up without leaving again. It was better than it had been the night before, if possible, and we each had enough to fill us up.Needless to say, we slept like happy, little rocks.Tulsa lost it's only Macaroni Grill a few years ago. Obviously, we miss it so very much.

Got the Parmesan crusted chicken salad...was meh. Not much chicken and on the dry side. I was still hungry, even with the bread. The restaurant itself is old, I know, but it sure doesn't have to look old and dirty. The window sill next to me was full of cobwebs and dead spiders, the floor was filthy. Not appetizing to say the least. Won't be returning.

We went for Father's Day and had made a reservation. We were 15 minutes late being seated as they seemed unprepared for us. They complained they were short staffed. They were maybe 30 percent full , Yes, 70 percent of the tables being empty and it took over an hour for our food to arrive at the table. The wait staff tried to make up for the glaring deficiencies in the kitchen, but there is only so much that can be done. We have crossed them off our list and won't be back.

The service was great. The food was decent. I forgot how much I like the bread and oil. Also, coloring on the table makes the dinning experience fun. Next time I'll try some more appetizers.

Great restaurant my family and I have a great dinner! Some food was good other ones not what I expected and need it a little bite more flavor. They didn’t have the Italian bread they use to give us already cut it in slices. I didn’t like that to cut our bread it was hard to cut it .

Horrific service on Mother's Day when I truly needed a break and we have reservations ahead cannot even get silverware for like the first hour had a bag unbelievable zero stars

We did a reservation for three people and arrived punctually. It took us 50 minutes to get our food and when it arrived one of the dishes was cold. The service was poor and it took a long time to get a glass of ice tea for one of the people in the group. The facility is poorly kept and when you sit in a booth you feel pushed every time the people on the contiguous booth moves. I will not go back to this place.

I wanted to write about how hot it was when my daughter and I arrived. But the manager (I think) was very I tune with the dining area and saw me fanning. Not only did she check on us, but she apologized and informed us that she turned the air on. ✔️ 1!Our waitress was 9 months pregnant and very accommodating. She talked with my daughter and reseated us to a different booth; without question or complaint. She kept bending over and picking up stuff my daughter was dropping! I don't know if she or my daughter were making me more nervous...9 months and doing all of that?!?✔️2!The meatballs were fatty, but it was free pasta for teachers. So no complaints.✔️ 3!Apparently, teachers don't like spaghetti. There was barely anyone there.✔️4!

We had a fabulous experience here about 2 months ago, the dinner was beautiful, flavorful, and the antipasti we got was incredible! Our server Grace was the absolute BEST!!! We came for lunch today after the Fort Worth zoo and the service was slow, and while we understand the waitress was busy, we had to ask several times for water, cheese, and bread. The food was great up until my husband found a hair in his Chicken Parm, which killed our appetite and I had him finish my plate, which was great but I was too full for it. I think dinner service is much better than lunch service, as today was a horrible experience. ;( hopefully dinner will be great next time as it was the first!
