My wife and I are big fans of Rosa's. We aren't close enough to take advantage of Taco Tuesday but we do visit at least once a month. The atmosphere is festive, the service is friendly, and its always very clean. The food is hot and delicious and it comes in large portions. Tacos al carbon, beef fajitas, and the chili Verde are our favorites and their flour tortillas are fantastic. Most plates come with rice and beans.
I think of Rosa's as dine-in fast...

The food is great but they are very stingy with garnish and don’t care enough to spread it. Everyone in my group got fajita burritos with guacamole or queso and there was maybe a teaspoon of each spooned into one spot on the burritos. The cashier was quite rude and got our order wrong twice. Overpriced too.
