Food and atmosphere is great! Place was clean even while busy. I just struggle with employees who don't actively listen to your order. I am so tired of stuff being rang up wrong because someone is just there to get a paycheck.
I used to like to go to this place until I saw a huge water bug crawling on my table as I was eating in a booth behind the salsa condiments bar. That was disgusting and I won’t go back again!! Gross!!

Rosa's Cafe gives tex-mex fast food lovers another option. Bigger menu bigger portions bigger taste. Can't beat there taco Tuesdays special( 3 ground Beef or chicken tacos and rice and beans).
