Rosati's Pizza

I picked up several pizzas for a work lunch. I placed my order online a few days before. Pickup was at 11am and it was 15 min late but understandable due to ordering stuffed pizzas and I assumed it would take longer. Staff really loved the pizza and asked for it to be in our work rotation

I have ordered there four times and only the first time was a good experience. Second time they sent the wrong pizza. Third time the pizza wasn’t ready until almost an hour after there online tracker said it was l “ready for pick up”. Yesterday they were out of drinks I had purchased online and claimed they were unable to give me a refund. Supposedly it will come later. There is no question that their pizza is probably the best in the area, but it amazes me that someone can stay in business offering such poor service.

Got my deep dish pepperoni and when I got home, found out the bottom of the pie was burnt, crust was black on the bottom. I notified them and you think they would have done something, anything to fix the problem but NOPE. Apparently we are just supposed to enjoy the burnt pizza. Make sure to check before you take it home if you order carry out. Can’t say how disappointing the whole experience was, let alone wasting the $30 plus on burnt pizza.

We are from Chicago and FINALLY real pizza made it to Ft Worth! You won't find better pizza anywhere else! My mouth is watering just typing this!

Great Chicago thin crust. The pizza was as good as I remembered.

I can’t really comment on service because it was Door Dash that delivered. The pizza is mediocre at best. The Alfredo sauce was horrendous, just water with white specs in it. I was expecting more since the reviews boasted how great this place was but definitely overrated. Least I tried it and now I know not going back.

I’ve been looking for thin crust pizza And I’m not talking about Domino’s. In Indiana we call them Una style and this place delivered. I’ve been in Texas for four years now and this is the first Una style pizza I was able to find that was very flavorful very seasoned and hot!! 10 out of 10 I Recommend. They also have Chicago deep dish pizzas. I can’t wait to try that. If you’re from the Midwest, you already know !!!!! I will definitely be returning!!!!

We picked up two 10in Chicago deep dish pizzas from Rosatis in Fort Worth and outside of Chicago this was the very best pizza I have had! Definitely worth the 30min drive north before leaving the area!

Can’t have nobody answering the phones who don’t understand English… I’m sorry but what? I canceled my orders because the lady on the phone couldn’t get my orders right. Then tells me they ran out of Alfredo noodles at the last minute… 30 minutes prior to closing. Good food but the customer service….ehh.
