I didn't like the natural ice creams. I'm going to give them another chance. You have to pay first by choosing what you want, and how many extras you want to add. Ice cream and crepes. They have a lot of variety of extras that's what I liked about the place, you can always try something different.

Old lady is so rude speaks to you in such an awful manner. I get that is you’re the owner but you depend on the people to make your business so be courteous to your customers. If being busy makes you mad then why you even have a business?

I'm not sure if the old couple that work there are the owners but if yes, they should take some classes about customer service. I know it take more than just a review to close a business but it can happen. Somebody need to put attention to more than five reviews about the same issue. As a customer I believe if I'm paying for something at least I deserve been treated with respect.

Cool place for a guiltless but tasty cool treat in the mall. Tad pricy but lots of options and good portions. Friendly staff who speak mostly Spanish but work with you if your patient. Plain and strawberry are the only real frozen yogurt options they got but I liked them allot. Hit the spot on a 100 degree day for sure!
I went toGet a crepa at around 7pm (mind you they close until 8pm) and the lady told me she wasnt making them anymore. 5 minutes later another customer arrives and she ordered a crepa and she sold it to her, after she just told me she wasn’t selling them anymore !! I went on another occasion and same thing she refused to sell me a crepa so it hasn’t happened once it’s happened multiple times and they’re very rude too. I used to love this place but they’ve let me down multiple times

Bad customer service!
