Got in 10 minutes before closing. I did not know we were getting in that late. But the staff informed us of been 10 minutes before closing, but they still did an amazing job of serving our food quickly and did not try to rush us. The entire staff was happy to help us. We don't get many nights to be out and about, so it was amazing to see such an amazing attitude.

This place is really good, if you are looking for a quick meal for sushi or to have some ramen this place is it. The atmosphere is pleasant and more relaxed place to eat. It’s not always a full house inside the place( if you’re the type of person who likes not having a crowd of people.) The service is excellent and the people are very kind and are quick to serve you as well. Price wise, it is pricey but it’s worth it for a quick lunch.

It was delicious as always… Every time we go there is a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The only thing is the fried rice because we have already returned the rice twice because it tastes weird and salty.

One of my favorite places to eat! I always get the crunchy salmon roll, and they are always friendly!

Food is ok here, but this is America, not Japan. We are open on Monday.

Parking: Plenty of parking as not many go here.

I dined here for lunch with my family around 1 pm on Sunday. The restaurant was fairly busy. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. I got the all things cooked bowl. It did not come with any sauce which I had to request. I’m not used to having a poke bowl that isn’t raw. It was still good though.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.

My fiancé and I love this place! We always get seated quickly and the service is always outstanding. Jordan was our server tonight and he did a phenomenal job making sure that we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a perfect bowl of ramen and a great experience, this is the place.

We tried these:
Texas Roll was good. Pico Pico Roll is good as well. My daughter thiught the Sunset Roll was ok. She would have left off the scallops because they were not fresh. but she did like the veggie eggrolls. My wife tried the Katie's Veggie Roll with soy paper instead of nori. She loved it. She also tried the Curry Ramen with chicken. She absolutely loved it. It had a bit of a heat kick to it.

I’ve been coming to Saikou for years now and it never fails to make me bust. The miso ramen is delectable, along with all the other ramen flavors. I tried the poke bowl for the first time today and I ascended to the heavens. From first glance, it looked smaller than most poke bowls I’ve gotten from other places. But in reality, it was more than plentiful. My nephew got the kids miso ramen, which I feel is the perfect size for any reasonable adult as well. You can even ask them to add on the toppings that usually come with the adult portion.

Be very cautious of the spice! My husband and I ordered takeout, me-shrimp curry ramen level 1 “kinda spicy” and my husband Chicken curry ramen level 2 “need extra water”. They both had a pile of chili in the bowels but the same ramen broth. When I realized how spicy the broth was I removed all the chili from my bowl then added the broth. If I had been there in person I would have sent the dish back. Online they have the option of 0 spice which I would assume would be the same broth and no chili in the bowl but that broth was the spiciest broth I’ve ever eaten. I can tolerate mild spice and there’s no way in hell that was mild spice. Even with removing the chili and just having the broth plus mixing in about a cup of plain yogurt everything was on fire, my teeth hurt, my tongue burned, my lips burned. I only ate about 1/2 before throwing it away. My husband has a high spice tolerance and ate his with his chili included but was sweating the whole way through and just woke up at 5 am to have a whole hour of spicy diarrhea.
The food was quite tasty but god damn you can’t say these are appropriate spice levels like you have to fix your labeling.
