I wish I could give 0 stars. I get it things happen but check the food before you give it to the customers…this is disappointing and disgusting and I will not be back. I have lost my appetite for salad and go… Found a DEAD FLY in between my cucumbers. Disgusting.

The food here is hit or miss depending on who's working. I usually get wraps. Sometimes they're well made, sometimes all the ingredients are piled up at one end and the greens on the other, with little to no dressing. I've ordered hummus and pita twice and won't again. Both times I received a tiny cup of crumble tortilla strips instead of pita chips. When I asked, all I got was a shrug and told they were out of pita chips. You could have said something before I ordered and paid. So the hummus was wasted because they wouldn't take it back and I had nothing to eat it with.

Good salads. It’s disappointing that they seem to be out or discontinued their best drink “Cucumber Mint” lemonade. Have gone 4 different times for this drink but the signs just says it’s out.

This used to be my fav place. You are able to get a salad, drink all for $6 plus. I'm ok with paying 7$, I understand fees have gone up, however the food now is mediocre! The hot coffee was taken off, which I understand, because it didn't sell. The food taste old, a d the breakfast, when I get it is cold!!

No complaints with the salads here. They are definitely a better alternative to the fast food that I usually end up getting when I’m working.
It's hit or miss here. Sometimes the staff are friendly, other times not so much. Same with the food. I get the Caesar salad, and it's pretty good, but only when they actually include the Caesar dressing that goes with it... I have a short lunch, so I can't go back, but it will be a while before I come here again

I love Salad and Go but this is the only location in Fort Worth that has messed up my Cold Brew. Someone pumped wayyy too much Sugar Free Vanilla syrup in and it’s undrinkable 😔 First mess up I’ve ever experienced here after years of eating the salads, soups, wraps, and drinks.
