I was presently surprised by the flavors of my salad however the pasta was a really undercooked which kind of ruined it. Also it would have been nice to try some of their flavored drinks but they didn't have any in stock kind of disappointing.

I had excellent service from the salad and go staff who were not only extremely helpful with getting my last minute order but also communicated with everyone to be sure we were able to pick up our food within a timely manner. They had our food ready to go the staff deserves a pay raise or some type of recognition for being so customer service based highly recommend and love this spot. Can't say enough how appreciative I am of the staff that worked last night to be sure I was able to get dinner for my family. Thank you for being so patient and kind. Whoever is running that place you doing a great job. I work in customer service too so this went a very long way for me and I know quality service when I see it.

Salad and Go used to be my place to eat healthy! Lately the salads have decreased in size but price goes up. I really have to ask for Extra everything in order to enjoy the salad. If you ask for extra chicken, make sure they put it in there. Very stingy portions for a salad...

I'm in love with this place! It's SO hard to find healthy options on the go. This is simple, easy and fresh. The create your own salad wraps are always a win!

I stopped by this restaurant for the 1st time ever.. I had a fiesta breakfast burrito and a green reviver juice. That turned out to be a great decision. I was very satisfied with my order and the price. I'll be back!!

There isn't a single salad and go that I visit that does not have quickly delivered, freshly prepared food, tended to by smiling and friendly faces.
The only thing that makes me sad when visiting salad and go, is when they switch out one of my favorite salads for a new item for the season. But even then I'm usually not disappointed.
On this visit I got the green chili chicken tortilla soup with a chicken fajita wrap.
I also tried their green juice.
I feel like the green juice could have benefited from a little bit of (___?) but in either case it was good.
You will have to swirl it around a bit so that the green stuff doesn't settle at the bottom. I always feel like I'm eating so healthy want to go to salad and go which gives me the energy I need to do my dog walks in pet sitting around town.
The nutritious wraps and salads keeps me on my a-game when it comes to keeping up with a different dogs that I take care of.
I wish there was a solid go everywhere. I'm in East Fort Worth and I have to drive either to arlington, North Richland hills on the edge of colleyville, or South Arlington to get to a salad and go.
Healthy, fresh, delicious, filling, and affordable food like this should be on every corner next to a McDonald's so people have a healthier option for eating on the go.

Really salads love it!

I tried this place twice just to see if I got the same results. The buffalo chicken has way to much vinegar first bite was good that was it. Both times this food has upset my stomach horribly and the avocados are always brown. There won’t be a third time.

This is my favorite salad place in Fortworth it’s delicious but every time I go there they mess up my order so the service isn’t great. The food is worth it though.
