The stinginess of this location is unreal. I hope those ladies are getting bonuses because they’re really trying to save this place money. And getting an attitude when you ask for more. If I’m paying $15 for a salad the portion shouldn’t be one little scoop. I’ve been coming here for a while but the past few times I’ve been here it has gone downhill. Even my 6 year old noticed! Last time we were there he said his salad sucked. I’ll just go to snappy salads next time.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! Seems like every time I order online something is always missing. I was told a manager would contact me, but I really doubt that will be the case due to the lack of empathy the employee showed. Seemed annoyed that I even showed up. I paid $18 for a wrap plus UBER fee for a reason. The fact that I still have to go up there and get it fixed is crazy. Just don’t waste your time and money and go in person so it can be done correctly.

I was really excited about the idea of building my own wrap. Something I’ve been craving! I was extremely disappointed though. Up to $40 for 2 turkey wraps that were TINY. Why so expensive!? It was very bland and very little flavor. I was disappointed.

I Love Salata, unfortunately, whe I was asked for a second serving the lady who said her name is, Matilda only gave me ONE cucumber, I don’t know why so stingy I did say I am paying for my salad. Can I please have a good serving. She was rude, because I came with my father I didn’t leave, but this will be the first and the last time I am here. I asked, please don’t toss my salad yet she took it upon herself to put it in a to go tray. I said we are eating here. I just asked that you please not toss. I will never come to this place I do not recommend it if you want good vibes, check out the one on Cooper and Arlington?♥️

I love salata, but when I am paying 10$+ for a small salad already and then 5$ for steak I expect them to not be stingy. I got 4 PIECES of steak for 5$… that is ridiculous. Then you get charged 2$ for avacado and get half of one!?

I absolutely love Solata as a whole, however this is my third visit to this location where I was completely rushed. Upon starting my order I expressed that the lettuce was brown and was told that’s how it was today and all of their lettuce was like this. I brought a friend who’s doing weight watchers because I told her she’d like being able to build her salad, for every section we were rushed, so much so that one of the lady said “aye ya ya” as those we were taking too long, they both were moving extremely fast paced and the restaurant was pretty empty. $37.63 for 2 salads the least I could do is take a little time to choose. I’d like to think this was a single experience but last week when I came they were busier than today but we were still rushed, as well as the time before that…Not ok
