Used to frequent this location & the Magnolia location once a week but due to the horrible customer service & attitudes from the bartenders at the downtown location I go out of my way to completely avoid this brand now.Very bad off putting encounters from the fat bartender & the skinny one on two separate encounters. I work & play in downtown weekly but will never return here.I will give props to the Dallas location though they have always been the best in vibes & customer service…but I don’t think I would ever spend my hard earned money for bad service with this franchise ever again.

The barbacoa was good and the asada was ok. The beans were alright and the rice was a bit crunchy but the flavor was there. Their salsa tasted fresh as did their hot sauces and their margaritas were decent.Way too expensive for a taco place. It shouldn't cost 45$ for two people especially when it's all just ok.I had to go talk to someone to get our chips and salsa and it took forever to get our margaritas. Everyone that worked there moved at a snails pace.

Typing this as I watch a line cook type on her phone with her gloves on… The service at the counter felt like I was a bother. The one drink I ordered took 15+ minutes to come out.Certainly won’t be coming back

My favorite restaurant in downtown! I’ve been coming here for five years and the service/food quality has been very consistent. I always get the asada tacos with all the toppings, add cheese and avocado. The absolute best.

The food and service are always great here. They can customize the standard offerings if you ask to make it more to your liking. But the standard offerings are great as they are. The service is always fairly quick. When in the downtown FW area, we try to make a stop here. Try the chorizo in a quesadilla.
