Food was great but it should have dawned on me when I paid that the portion size would be small. It was very reasonable. So the food is priced accordingly. The atmosphere was a little haphazard and loud. But I'm older I think it's designed for a younger generation. It was over all a good experience. The horchata was great. That's saying something because it can often be yucky if it's done cheaply. So cudos to Salsa Limon for not messing around.

I visited this restaurant recently and ordered barbacoa tacos. The meat was undercooked, chewy, and had an unpleasant taste. When I mentioned this to the staff, they insisted that this was “normal,” but as someone familiar with authentic Mexican barbacoa, I know it should be fully cooked, tender, and easy to shred — never raw or tough.

Worst tacos I ever had! There is a lady that slams food on the table and roll her eyes. I told the cashier and she said she doesn’t speak English. This is horrible. If you don’t know English you should at least know the basics. She was very rude. Food was nasty! Will not return!
