Saltgrass Steak House

The food was good. We shared a ribeye and had an extra side. We also ordered the brisket queso. It was really good. The only issue was that we asked for separate checks as we always do while working. It took the server three times to get it right. I don’t understand why it’s so hard. Just do exactly as we ask. She was really good otherwise. The iced tea was also good and we asked for to go tea.

Had a reservation for 25 that I made about 3 weeks in advance. We arrived 10 minutes early and they sat us 20 minutes after our reservation time. It took them an hour to start taking orders from people and most people had their salads about an hour after that. We had a few people that never got their drinks and we had to go to the bar.
The food was good and the staff was nice, just slow and disorganized. The whole thing took over 3 and a half hours.
If we come back, it will be with a much smaller group.

Mikaela was a bomb server. Filet was perfect! Really good cheesecake. Her attitude made the meal even better

ordered the pork chops, which came with two sides. The Caesar salad was delicious—fresh and full of flavor! The onion rings, however, weren’t quite what I expected. Instead of the usual rings, they were shredded onions and a bit too oily for my taste. I’d probably choose a different side next time.

This is the best location to have lunch & dinner at! I dined in today for lunch & Maria was my server, and she is the BEST!!!!!!! She had our food and drinks out right away!!!!!! And most of all she shows she’s here to make sure you enjoy your time!!!!!!! Thank you Maria!!!!!!!!!!

The steak was fantastic. Very nicely cooked and seasoned. Also, ordered the Range Rattlers which were very good but pretty large in size. Had to take home leftovers. Portion sizes are fairly large. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

This was my first time to visit Saltgrass and it was amazing! The Range Rattlers are definitely my favorite! The decorations were also really cool. Service was excellent too. Can't wait to come back.

They were extremely busy for Christmas day, but the food was hot and service was surprisingly good as busy as they were.

Our family gathered at Saltgrass for Christmas dinner. Although the restaurant was extremely busy, we enjoyed a great family meal together! The service was amazing and the food was very good. The ribeyes were tender, well seasoned and grilled to our liking. The a salads were huge, and really delicious. My only knock is the manner in which my 9oz filet was cut and presented. It looked more like a sirloin strip, not round and thick as I prefer my filets. It was well seasoned, and cooked as well as you could for a thin cut steak. The service and the atmosphere made up for the only shortfall.

The food is good, the atmosphere is a bit noisy, maybe background music would help. The waitress was very rude when she brought us the bill while we were still eating, and she demanded that we pay it because she needed to make a break, end her shift, etc. It's eat quickly and leave, even though the restaurant was 40% occupied. We will not return.

We had to wait a bit past the reservation time, but for Christmas day, the wait was definitely worthwhile. Our server was wonderful and the food was excellent!
