If i could give 10 stars to our host & cashier. He was so courteous and thoughtful . And kept busy the entire time we were there paying very close attention to cleaning the dining area. I just wish I caught his name. Schlotzzky you have a great employee in him.

We have had better sandwiches at other Schlotzsky's than this location. The bread was either overcooked or old. There was more Lettuce than anything. Will not go back to that location.

Don't eat here. Prices charged are significantly more than prices posted on their menu board. Ordered pizza. Big menu board sign behind counter that listed prices said it was $8.99 but it rang up $10.99. When I questioned the price difference the manager said "none of the prices on the board are right" & that I had to pay $10.99 for the pizza since that's what it rang up as.

The employees kept disappearing in the back and left myself and other customers waiting 5-10 mins to place orders. Then, I waited another 15 mins to get my food just to have items missing. Then, I had to wait until an employee came out from the back to ask for my missing items. The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible.

Didn't go in so.no opinion on the atmosphere of this place. The service was decent. The food subpar from what it used to be. Definitely subpar for the cost of $22 for a sandwich bag ofhalf stale chips and a coke.

Had the pastram sandwich,it was nothing like a pastrami, but if your looking for a BBQ brisket sandwich then I guess that will work.

Paid $16.75 for a sandwich that was below average quality. Not the same as it used to be.

### AVOID!! ### HORRENDOUS SERVICE ###Out Christmas shopping and was in a great mood till I walked in here: nothing more than another woke activist on duty here?Me- Hi..how are you!?Term 2 PM ( activist ..no name) absolutely silent ..Me-okay.... I'd like a number 10 please.Term 2 PM (activist..no name tag).. silent.....14 seconds later ..would you like chips and a drink?Me-okay..sea salt and vinegar..Term 2 PM - absolutely stoic...stone faced...zero expression or life...No hellos? No thank yous....Been bringing my mom till she passed here for years ..I enjoy it...reminds me of mom....nope... no more again...ever again .you may explain to your rude, Maroon haired little snot that because of her....I shall never be back. She is racist and just killed the whole Christmas vibe the second I walked in..It takes a lifetime to develop a reputation and to develop relationships with customers...and in the span of 4 mins...she killed my opinion of this place...bye?

Asked for pizza with no onions. They took it back and removed onions from top not thinking that there were onions under the cheese and ingredients. Staff doesn't care about your business. Go somewhere else.
