I stopped by Schlotzsky’s today and was so impressed. Jessica was handling both the drive-thru and the front counter all by herself, and she still gave excellent, friendly service. My order was fresh and made quickly. You could tell she genuinely cared about every customer even while juggling everything on her own. She deserves major recognition! ❤️

I showed up at 4:59 thinking it was 5 o clock and ordered a pizza. They do $5 pizzas after 5pm Friday through Sunday. The cashier Debra redid my order to save me money! Thanks Debra and the rest of your team for being awesome!

Came for lunch on my boyfriend birthday and they sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to him and gave him a Cinnamon Roll. Ms. Monica was amazing. 🩵🩵🩵🩵
If the workers male and female stop horsing around and actually listen to what the customer says and hear their order maybe I would’ve given a better rating.

Food is fine but the online ordering process it not only rough, but the fulfillment of the order was not up to par. Missing added cost ingredients like bacon, forgetting double meat of the Deluxe, missing the free pickle (that you have to mark as No Pickle if you dont want it), mixing up requested proteins, and the bread was slightly stale.
it's no 1 star experience but with all the missing value in my order i can't give this place better than 2 stars, and you can bet i'll never be going back to this specific location. Others are fine.
DONT ORDER ONLINE, either call it in or order at the counter if you want to-go.

I get 30 min lunch so I usually order on the app. The last 3 times that I have ordered the wait is always over 30 min, mind you this is ordering ahead and getting there before the lunch rush. I normally go throught the drive thru and everytime the ask me to go inside. I pick drive thru on the app because I dont want to have to go in. The place can be empty and these people will still take up my whole lunch time. I have worked in this area for several years and I have noticed that the service here has gone down tremendously. Although I like their food I will no longer be coming to this location. There are many other places on this strip to choose from that will not take up my whole lunch time to grab and go. What a shame.

Don't go this place on Saturday around 5-6pm. Girl with too many piercings rushes you to order, and then you have to wait 15 minutes . Only for them to forget half your order.
