I haven't been hearing years but this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had to experience at a fast food restaurant. The manager Grayson was completely rude and incompetent and would not have his cohorts send me the corporate number... Not happy and this was for a corporate event and we will NEVER come back it's no wonder there are so few of these around

I went to the schlotzsky's in Forest Hills and my bun on my sandwich was BURN. I NEED TO KNOW WHERE I CAN GET THE ORIGINAL SANDWICH BREAD FRESH AND GOLDEN BROWN. I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THOSE EMPLOYEES THAT DON'T CARE AND RUDE!!! I WOULDN'T SEND NOBODY OVER THERE FOR NO FOOD AND BAD SERVICE!!!😡😡🤬🤬

My sandwich was delicious!!!! There was no problem ordering it at all and first time trying out Schlotzsky’s and it was in fact delicious the young lady was very polite coming here more often 🤩👍

Came in for a bite to eat and was greeted by such friendly people! The manager was super helpful helping me decide what I wanted. And the sandwich was so on point! Will definitely be back to visit this location!
