The food was good as well as the atmosphere. What stood out was the way that my 3 year old was treated. The workers made it a wonderful and enjoyable experience for him. Waving back and interacting with him. If I could I would give 7 stars for the service. Shame we live so far away we would be regulars here.

Arrived at 8:30pm on Sept 15th, placed an order and was told we could not get a receipt for our order because computer was down. Also, told we probably got free food. We'll, order was totally wrong and my card was charged. SCHLOTZSKY'S don't give your employees anymore money if those children don't know how to do 1 of the most simple jobs in the world. They also need to learn how to read and count money. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

It was the worst food I ever have received! The sour dough was hard as a rock.. no turkey on my sandwhich at all, no “signature sauce” on it. No, pickle spears as it says on the order, no napkins.. forgot to send drink. Ugh just horrible!!! Last time I’m ordering from this place!! Not worth my money!

This is one of my favorite places. They have a great salad, and I get half a sandwich. Fresh and friendly. On Wednesday, they have buy 1 get 1 pizza.
Amazing service! We were offered drinks while waiting but it didn’t take more than a few minutes. The food is excellent! They do not skimp on the toppings either. Nice staff, clean restaurant.

I really can not comment on the food. Went in there yesterday and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. No one would take my order. The lady working there looked at me twice and never said a word. After a few more minutes I just went next fort to Taco.Bueno.

Had a 1/2 Greek Salad and 1/2 chicken on Rye sandwich. Could not eat the sand , the portions were so large. Food was awesome and very well prepared.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dara for all of our catering needs over the last few months and If I must say, schlotzkys is incredibly lucky to have an employee like her. Whenever we need something, she is quick to respond to a message and if she is not at work she will respond and still get us an answer. We usually place our orders well in advance but we realized our last order was not enough food. Dara was super quick in getting us another order the same day. Everything always tastes amazing and she always makes sure we have every single thing we need from the silverware down to the mints. I appreciate everything she does for us and I know the staff at our school do as well. Thank you Dara!!
