Didn't get too far into the lobby before I turned around and left. Very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the dining area. Missing ceiling tiles and stained walls and floors. Definitely not the kind of place you want to sit down and eat. There's no telling what the kitchen looks like if the lobby is that bad.

Rude older lady can't stand her job to the point where if you call and ask a question she's yelling at you from the jump to the point you can barely understand what she's even saying. The food is great, but her customer service made me sure I would never be going back or ordering again! Only thing that could save this place would be Gordon Ramsey and Kitchen Nightmares!!!

I’m doing Grub Hub and the middle aged black lady was rude and not helpful at all to the point GrubHub cancelled the order. This lady needs to be fired. I’ve done at least 1500 orders and have never been treated like this.

This was a notable customer service experience. The store was impeccably clean, the staff made you feel like you were their only guest for the day, and the ambiance was calming. It felt like being in a coffee shop that serves really good sandwiches and BOGO pizzas.

When I drove up about 15 minutes till 9.This place was closed. The door says 9.00pm. I did see some people in the back. If close at 8 or 8:30pm.it needs to be on the door.
