I had no idea this location existed but I put my to-go order in for 6:15 and when I walked in at that exact time, the store was clean, the staff was friendly and my order was being put on the counter. Order was correct. Will definitely come back as it is one of my kiddo's favorite.

The black overweight lady in her late 50s or 60s is just pathetic! Super rude, big attitude. The 3 packets of hot cause she gave me wasn't enough for me so I asked for more, she gave me 2 more and said she's charging g me extra if I want anymore. All with a big sarcastic rude and nasty attitude, this is all after she claimed it's closed as I walked in at 8:25. Only reason she didn't turn me away like the 5 other customers trying to eat Is because I pretended to not hear her with my headphones on when I walked in. She claimed since Covid they close at 8pm(lies, ya maybe since Covid they been leaving an hour early) AND SHES DOING ME A FAVOR taking my order...not 9pm like it says everywhere online, and ON THE FRONT DOOR. She also didn't let me eat inside at 8:35 when my sandwich was ready. unbelievable! They obviously lazy and cut out early every day inconveniencing who knows how many people. Eye saw her refuse service to 3 different parties trying to eat all before 8:40p I will never go back there and quite frankly, she should be let go ONLY IF THEY KNEW! So bad for business that lady, they need to know what kind of effect she's having on the location!

My order was wrong and they could not refund my money until Sunday 3 days from now. I ordered a gluten free crust pizza. They made the gluten free pizza on a regular crust. The original sandwich did not have the olive tapenade on the sandwich. Online ordering is awful.

The lady took our order quickly. I want to give her a special shout out for her kindness and thoughtfulness throughout our visit. I was catching up with a friend I hadn’t seen in about a year so I was too busy talking to eat. She brought over a to go bag and extra paper wraps so I could wrap up my food without me even asking . When I wanted to freshen my drink she poured some out so I could do that. It’s rare to be treated so nicely and I’m so happy to have picked the right place to catch up. Everyone at this restaurant on McCart is always super nice. One night I walked in not realizing they had closed almost 20 minutes earlier. I guess they forgot to lock the door. When I realized it I turned to walk out but the cashier/hostess insisted that they’d be happy to take my order. Just a really nice, friendly, clean place to eat and everything is fresh!!!Vegetarian options: They will make your food however you want so lots of choices.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room between some of the tables and a wide, strait aisle to the Register.
Do not order your food from here through delivery apps or in person. Just do not get your food from here period. I cannot believe the manager talked to us the way she did. Blaming everyone but herself and no accountability. Our dasher said she was being ignored and I called to just get clarification on what was going on. She immediately got defensive and an attitude. Ignored me for an in person customer instead of focusing on the customer who was having an issue on the phone. Then came back and blamed the dasher for not wanting to wait and that calzones take awhile. (She didn't provide that info at the beginning when I asked.) Due to the level of unprofessionalism on the phone, I am inclined to believe the dasher over her. Her tone was disgusting and corporate needs to provide her some training. No wonder this place has a 3.7 rating because she runs it. My spouse loves the food, but they heard the way she spoke to me and we will never eat there again. That manager needs to work somewhere else because her customer service is the absolute worst.

They messed up on my wife's order & gave her the wrong dressing for her salad. I had even told the lady which dressing two times. The men's restroom was out of order.

I decided to eat here for dinner because I'm a Fetch member. If you spend 20 dollars you will get 1,250 points. I need these points so, I can cash them in for a gift card at Lowes! So, I came here for the points. If your a fan of fetch, you know what I m talking about. This location has been here for years! I've never been here before. Its in a renovated Shopping Strip mall. To my surprise, it was very nice inside. It was clean and modernized. I was helped right away by a hard working light skinned lady with Falsies. I ordered a half Turkey Sandwich and Broccoli Cheese Soup. It was ready to go right away. My Sandwich was hearty and came on a Toasted Sourdough bun. It was packed w Shredded Lettuce and other toppings. My soup was warm and Cheesy with thick chunks of Broccoli Stems. I'm not really a fan of that. Oh well. Overall, I loved the convenience of Schlotzky's, the speed of service, accurate order and the cleanliness of the store. The food is just okay. It's not my favorite but, you may like. I'm glad I got my points right away. This was the whole point of the visit. So mission accomplished.
