Schlotzsky's

In the past, I generally request flat bread pizzas as I’m unable to take in so much bread. Now, they wouldn’t. Fortunately, I am able to at another location so I guess it’s a new manager’s preference. Such as life, eh?

Usually the food is great but... the French Dip sandwich by itself tasted off. With the dip it tastes FURTHER off. 😒 I ate half hoping the taste would improve. 🤷🏾‍♂️ I was still disappointed and threw the other half in the trash.

My bread on my sandwich was stale. I have eaten from Schlotsky's many times. Not to mention I was worked there when I was younger. Never have I had a complaint until now.

Love the original sandwich. Nice clean location and a drive thru as well. Lots of varieties to choose from.

Went around to two different Schlotzskys to get my Fiesta chicken. Asked for the near extra hot, well it wasn't it was almost as if they gave me extra meet instead. And that bread... idk what it was. It almost seemed as a glueten free dry rye bread not the original sourdough. This sandwich definately didn't make my mouth water. I was craving real bad since they closed them all back home.

An absolutely unreal level of incompetence from the girl taking the order at the drive through, she was rude and impolite and didn’t have the cognitive function to take an order. I don’t even understand how service could possibly get this bad. I came later in the day and the front door was locked even though the place didn’t close for another 2 hours and there were out of everything but turkey and ham. It was abysmal, corporate needs all new staff throughout the place.

Well, the food was just as good as any other Schlotzsky’s location, but I have never been to a Schlotzsky’s location with service as embarrassingly terrible as this one. I was second in line, with a party of two in front of me, but it took well over five minutes to get to the counter. Then it took well over fifteen minutes to get my food. I was one of four people in the restaurant.

They don’t have condiments out as do other Schlotzsky’s locations, so I had to go back and ask for them. I waited like an idiot at the now-unattended counter for about eight minutes. Nobody showed up, so I went to the pick-up counter. Which was also unattended. Staff were in the back having a great time based on the giggling I could hear. I walked around the pick-up counter and poked my head in the prep area, and suddenly I had their attention. 😂

But I still love Schlotszky’s and will continue to be a customer, just never again at this location which clearly needs management in line with the brand.

This place is lacking in competence. How do you run out of bread at a sandwich shop. Plus they got the order wrong to boot!

Waited at the front counter for 15 minutes, no staff even bothered to look up front...I tried calling twice to get their attention, but no response, I walked out. I understand being busy, but NO one watching the front for that period of time is just unacceptable.

Horrible service! Girls in the back running their damn mouth and didn't acknowledge me until I took an object and banged on the table to get their attention.

The food is very good, but if you are looking for customer service of any kind your in the wrong place first off it takes forever to get your order and then all the employees are back there yelling at each other and sound like they want to fight all the time there is no system what so ever whoever is in charge clearly shouldn't be cause she doesnt know what she is doing

No Swiss no roastbeef was not informed about the beef being out until after my card was charged for a French dip sandwich. No horse radish sauce no cinabons cooked up compared to what I am use to out of schlotzskys in other towns this was the worst experience I have had.
