Great and wonderful. Best place to go at the Stockyards. Wish we had their ordering technology more. Food was great. My son said it was the best burger he'd ever had.

MANAGER, LICHELE, NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!! I visited this place with a friend who is hard of hearing because of being around explosives during a career with the Army for 25 years, he is a retired combat veteran. Even though his speech is somewhat effected because of becoming partially deaf because of constant explosions in battle, he is still very able to be heard and understood clearly. I had finished placing my order with the manager who treated me very rudely and as my friend began his order the manager screwed up her face to show she was displeased with my friends speech. She constantly looked at me with a screwed up and angry face while my friend made his order. She was extremely rude to him. She was hateful towards us and was short with patience and seemed bothered that she was taking our food orders. It bothered my friend and as we sat eating our orders he saw the manager walking past our table and he attempted to explain to her how rude she was and that all anyone wants especially when paying for something is to be treated decent. He told her she was rude and she looked to me for help and asked me if she were rude and I agreed with my friend that she was. It made her angry and she began to yell at my friend. She called security to tell us to leave because in security's words 'they have a right to refuse service to anyone.' How shameful that a manager is so pride filled that she can't do her job as a service employee. Extremely rude, hateful and arrogant, again, very shameful. I've read the bad reviews before making this post and I see I'm not the only one leaving a bad review. We will not be back.

These guys need to wash their mop. When you walk in, the overwhelming smell of mildew was horrible. $37 for 2 people, 2 burgers ( no better then a whataburger) and 2 small shakes. Nothing to write home about. No FRYS FOR THAT$37. I don't usually eat downtown because of the prices but I wanted to treat my autistic son to a different experience. It was different all right....geesh

Where do I start? Well, me, my wife and another couple came in to this place looking to get a burger and boy did the whole experience suck!! We ordered our food and sat down to wait for it. I needed to go to the bathroom but they had the bathrooms barricaded, so I asked an employee what that was about and he said I think someone threw up in there. So I said oh ok, well that’s not a big deal I can deal with that. So I go to the bathroom and it is completely clean, so first off, that was odd to me. While I am standing there at the urinal taking care of business this employee comes in there and says you need to leave and I said, for what? He said for going into the bathroom, I said I talked to another employee and they told me the reason and I said that was ok, I am not bothered by that and he said ok. Then I tell this employee we ordered food and we’re still waiting on it. So he said ok, I’ll put it in a to-go bag and you will need to leave. I said why? He said for trespassing, I said what are you talking about? He then proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t have to have a reason to kick me out. Which is odd to have your employees kick people out for no reason. So then he says we’re being belligerent. Nobody was being belligerent at all, all we wanted to do was sit down and eat a burger. And it’s all on y’all’s cameras in the restaurant to verify. So then he said he was gonna call the police if we didn’t leave, so we said call the police. So after that some private security people came in there and told us we had to leave and that there is no reason other than they want us out of there and that’s a warning from them and that they will call Ft Worth PD. So after that we got our stuff and went to the counter and asked for a refund, and thankfully the lady at the counter was nice and gave us a full refund. It ruined the rest of our night and it was one of the worst experiences I have even encountered at a restaurant. Let’s just say, we will never be back, it was unbelievable. I would say training might be a place to start on correcting this type of behavior.

The lady working the pop up bar on Saturday 5/10/25 at 5pm was quite literally the rudest person I have ever encountered. We ordered a beer at the tablet and it prompted us to get the attention of an employee. My fiance walked towards the counter to get an employees attention. She popped up a minute later and said “seriously?? I am right here??” Like ok I didn’t know I was supposed to grab you. Then my fiance came over a few second after I had started grabbing my ID and he said “are you needing to show them your id?” And she butted in and said “yah..??? How else am i supposed to know if I can serve you..???” Like ok?? We weren’t even talking to you?? She was so snotty and rude for no reason. I suggest you fire her or maybe don’t put her in a customer facing role since she has no customer service skills and can’t handle very simple interactions without a major attitude.

For a fast food it was the slowest service I’ve ever received. We waited an hour for two chicken burgers. Wow…

Grilled cheese, fries and 2 drinks over $30 and had to wait over 45min. Got my veggie burger ( vegetarian ) and it was dripping with grease for some reason and I had to pick two pieces of bacon off my burger. Ended up throwing it away after 2 bites.

I hate to say it but the food I ordered was not hot and incorrect. I was missing a buy one, get one free truffle burger using Uber eats. The cheese for the cheese fries were cold along with the fries yuck! My truffle burger was also cold as well. No napkins to be found anywhere. The only good thing was the strawberry tea. I don’t normally back home in Houston, but while visiting Fort Worth this one missed the mark smh. Keep it real with yall.

The last few times I've gone here, the service has been as subpart as McDonald's or Wendy's. And the last time I was here, I had placed a DoorDash order that they were unable to find, and they never made any effort to make the situation right. Overall, the customer service here is terrible and the food is not much to speak of either. I had looked forward to coming here before playing a gig with one of the bands in the Stockyards, but it looks like I'll have to consider other options when I'm in the area. Perhaps a better establishment will open again the place of this complete failure of a restaurant.

Horrible experience. Came in there for some food, a large group let me go ahead of them, since I was by myself, and the cashier started yelling at me like I just cut the line. DO NOT GO HERE! They need to train their staff on what customer service REALLY means.

Pretty good burgers for people who work in the nearby area on lunch break.

If you are a tourist and you eat here you're an idiot. There are dozens of unique local places, go somewhere else.
