Best shake shack I've tried in the country. Manager was very nice came 2 every table asking how everything was but the Rockstar of the night was Jenny! Very knowledgeable on the menu. Great customer service but the best part is that we were the last customers b4 closing she never made us feel rushed and she even brought out a new bag of nachos cheese 4 me just because I wanted loaded fries 🍟. She just went above and beyond 😀

I went to the Shake Shack in the Fort Worth Stockyards and was told they “don’t offer double burgers anymore.” That made no sense because the double options are still listed online and available on delivery apps. When I asked for clarification, the staff acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about.

If a menu item is actually unavailable, the store should communicate it clearly and consistently everywhere — not tell customers one thing in person while advertising something else online. It felt lazy and dismissive, and the customer service was honestly terrible.

I’ve always liked Shake Shack, but this location needs major improvement in honesty, communication, and attitude.

Wow! What a meal I had. Shake shack did not disappoint one bit. I had the chicken burger and it was god damn delicious, so moist, soft but crunchy and juicy. The fries and shake were also a delight.

Keep working it team!

It was a really good place to stop for a quick bite. Very reasonable prices and really tasty food. Got the flat top dog and the classic burger. Friendly service and clean eating area. Perfect to grab some food and then watch the famous cattle drive!

Great burgers! I work nearby, and come to this place at least once a week for lunch. The staff is always friendly, and the place is generally clean considering it's a tourist area. I've never had issues with the wait time. The only little problem I have noticed is with the fries, which can get a little undercooked occasionally.

I was NOT impressed, the fries were cold the burgers were just above a slider size the ranch for our onion rings that were oily was like mayo I even checked to see if it was just mayo. $47 for two burgers one french fry one onion ring and 2 cokes. Over priced and not good.

Burgers and shakes at same place and that too perfect location.
Really admire the idea of keeping water dispensing unit, that too in summers of texas.

The Burgers and fries were excellent. The food was freshly made. Employees are nice and you have someone going around with disinfectant wipes cleaning the tables which is great. The only complaint I have is the women's restroom. It's super small and it was so dirty.

Food was great!
Order was accurate.
I just hate having to ring my own order up (no cashier available?)

I ubered teo burgers and 1 fry. Everything g was cold there was zero ketchup and just one ranch when I paid extra 1.50 for the ranch. None of it was enough to cover the fries. It's an obvious cash grab.
