Shake Shack Westbend

I’d often seen Shake Shack during my trips to the U.S. but had never tried it—until a late-night hunt for an open spot led me here. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger with fries. While I didn’t find much avocado until the very last bite, the burger still didn’t disappoint. The overall quality was definitely a notch above the “big name” equivalent chains.

Will I go back? For a quick grab, I’d definitely consider it.

The worst. Ordered online, and my food was behind the pick up location, one employee came from the kitchen after a lady had to raise her voice to get help with missing stuff from order, then an Uber driver had to get someone else's attention to get help with his order that was behind the counter, the person went back to the kitchen while I was right behind him, I saw her smirk. I grabbed my order which had been completed.

Shake shack is a fast food restaurant that is capable of maintain the quality of their products, but also able to offer products by season but keeping the same quality of their products.

Speaking of service they were very attentive with us, very kind.

I really enjoyed the cherry lemonade I really recommend this drink and add the buba it gives a plus of taste.

For the food the burgers are small, there isn't any like combo with fries and drink, that is the only thing that I think they can improve.

Will come again.

This place has the worst service you will ever have in your entire life. I would rather die than come back here during rush-hour. I ordered the most simple thing and I didn’t have enough time to get my food so I had to leave with no food. This is the worst service ever. I love shake shack so much. I started tearing up whenever I didn’t get it. So be careful when you come. Bye.

There was music as well as sports channels. Service was great. A very upbeat atmosphere.

The Workers were Very unprofessional and not friendly at all. I simply asked the Hispanic girl with all the caked up makeup for a ketchup packet and she slammed it on the counter . If you don't like your job why be ugly to everyone else 😡

Went 3 times there and every single time they forgot something. This time I tried the Dubai shake and what was that?? Just a vanilla shake with kadaif on top. The chocolate was hard on the plastic glass, so couldn’t taste it. Neither of the pistachios. 10$ for that. I’m just always disappointed. The burgers are good but that’s it. Everything is expensive.

Walked in after wanting for the Dubai pistachio shake for days. When I walked in my nose was approached with sewer and not just a little. As we got further into the facility, it was worse. We went only saw one set of customers there and we couldn’t take a breath, no wonder why. Why would I spend over $9 for a shake when it smells like that. This location needs to be checked out, if it smells that bad, it can make your customers sick. You all need to be inspected by the city before you open again.

Friendly staff greeting customers as they walk in. Ordering is thru a kiosk which gives you time to look at the menu, change your order without any issues. Plenty of seating space. Enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

fries weren’t hot; fried pickles were soggy; there’s no self-serve fountain, so you can’t even refill your drink yourself or get what you want yourself… burger was very mid.. nothing special about it; asked for a side of shack sauce and they did not provide it to me. I’ve come to the conclusion that Shake Shacks are overrated and will not be returning to any of their locations anymore.

The staff is super friendly. They offered to refill my fountain drink without asking, and the place was spotless. The food was tasty, and the bun was perfect.

Family favorite! My toddler loves the burgers and nuggets here! Lemonades taste fresh and refreshing! Oh and the fries are SO good!
