What kind of burger joint runs out of pickles, and even crazier, KETCHUP?! I've worked in the food industry before and if we ran out of a staple condiment or ingredient, we would send a team member out to grab some from a local grocery store!Upon asking if they had any (pickles or ketchup), the workers got an attitude with me as if I had asked for the 100th time!We told them we'd be sitting outside and it took them about 20 minutes to send someone out to turn the lights on for us. Meanwhile, we had been sitting in the dark, eating. Just lazy all around.

Fantastic first experience! Ordering from the kiosk and selecting a number was easy. It does take a while to receive your meal. The establishment wasn't busy, but the wait time was 10-15 mins. Nevertheless, my order was correct, food was hot and well-prepared. The Oreo cookie funnel cake shake was decent, fries were crispy and seasoned. I highly recommend the shack stack. The overall burger was great, and the fried mushroom made the meal worth the cost. The staff was friendly, and the dine-in area was kept clean. My entire meal was $24. This place is pricey, but it's worth a second visit.
