This was a terrible visit I got half dozen chocolate filled donuts, it was 630am. They should have been fresh. The donuts seemed like a day old no glaze and no filling. If I am buying a filled donut I at least expect to be some filling. All 6 have about the same amount. See pic. If I didn't live so far I would have gone back. Come on people, quit skimping and give us some fresh filled donuts!
This morning at 7:28 am I ordered a dozen glaze in the drive thru. Only to make it to my office and have stale dried out donuts. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. And I asked if they was fresh!!
Saw a video circulating of staff being racist towards a man who used his rewards there . He was profiled and asked not to return and to find another donut shop next time …. Fix your customer service
