They always change the price of donuts they overcharged me . Don’t go to this location you won’t get your money worth . I went on Monday and it was 6.35 then on Wednesday same order it was 7.87 I checked on their app and the price for the same order was 6.35 . Makes no sense .

I got 3 donuts ($1.50 each) and I was told 12 donut holes were $2.00. I didn’t get a receipt, but should’ve because this does not total 9.50, which I was charged when I looked at my account. The second thing is the donuts were hard and stale..all of them. If they don’t get rid of the donuts from the day before and still sell them, they should charge less for them instead of overcharging.

I did not read the reviews before I tried them for the first time. I should have. Donuts tasted and felt like day old food. A short time in the microwave softened them up but, that did not help the taste. The apple fritters were burnt, hard as a rock and required butter and a microwave to partially soften them up. But again tasted old. I couldn't not finish a donut nor the fritter.

The only donut shop in the area so I thought I would try for the 2nd time as my 1st time there the donuts were stale and not good. As I was ordering a chocolate donut, the man behind the counter used his bare hands to dip my donut in the chocolate mixture! His bare hand with no gloves or tongs! Surely this is against health department sanitary guidelines! I will never return!

I have written a review about this place before, but it was taken down immediately. The food was stale and I didn’t go back for six months. I relocated and I decided to give it another try, so sometimes I come here early in the morning before school. You would think before 7 AM they would have fresh, soft and warm donuts, but they literally always taste stale, and they are cold. This morning there was a guy at the window that I have never seen before, and I ordered two plain donuts like I always do. It was $2.30, which I also find a little ridiculous for two donuts because I go other places with way better donuts and it’s not even two dollars. I tried to pay with my debit card and the guy wouldn’t accept my card and he kept pointing to a little tag on the window saying that I had to make a three dollar minimum purchase and wouldn’t give me my food. I have never been told that all the times that I’ve been there, by the young kid in the morning or the lady. It was annoying because I had to order something I didn’t even want just to get to the three dollars for dry donuts again. I will not be wasting any more money there. Hopefully the .70 extra cents was worth losing a customer.

Very disappointing. I had a bad day when I saw a Shipley's and thought it was karma to make me feel better. I was given the saddest donuts. They were flat and small, they didn't taste like anything but sweet and they were dry.
The owner does not honor the rewards app. He unfortunately tells me there are not anymore doughnuts available every time I try to use my rewards app. I have called corporate twice on him. I do not and will not recommend anyone coming to this location.
Shipley corporation made it right sending me 3 coupons for 6 Do-Nuts. Thanks Shipley!!!

I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who shared some heartwarming stories about their childhood connection to the brand. The donuts themselves were excellent, fresh, and bursting with flavor. It's clear that a lot of care and passion goes into making these treats. I highly recommend this Shipley Donuts.
