I find the customer service very rude . I asked could the warm up the donut holes at least . Said they can't do that and I can come in. This will be the last time I come here . Don't waste your money . Better quality at the mom and pop shops . Very cold donuts

Purchased a pickup last call package through the toogoodtogo app the the store advertised it as being ready at 1pm got to the store and it was closed, this has happened twice once on New Year’s Eve and another time recently. Since the orders were not refunded or the location did not decide to do anything about the order I must leave this review to show others if something goes wrong and it’s totally their fault they will not try to make up the mess up.

Went to Shipley’s for some Saturday morning donuts! I’m used to their glaze donuts being nice and warm and fresh as well as their kolaches. Although everything was nice and soft, they just weren’t warm, so that was a bummer. But it everything did seem fresh. So maybe I need to go earlier. I will be trying them out again at an earlier time!
I love to have my 2 Maple Bars at least 2 yo 3 times a week. Plus, I got a crush on the beautiful Mexican lady, who always serves me and jokingly says, "2 Maple bars with filling" when she knows I don't like them with filling. Just a really fun and friendly place with great Maple Bars.

Just lost ne as a customer. I would go here weekly to get donuts for my co-workers, I recently had a near fatal incident involving peanuts so now I have a peanut allergy. I went here for myself and asked if knew if the items were fried in peanut oil & the 2 ladies that were working the drive thru said they didn't know and were unhelpful in trying to find out. They were looking at me silently like order or move along. I even asked them if there was someone else they can ask, the reply was she is not here. That is unacceptable as a that is a major allergy and I am not willing to DIE based on someone else's ignorance.

Doughnuts are hardly ever fresh and they sale days old doughnuts for a high price just doesn’t make any sense. Fresh doughnuts are better
