Older lady this morning had the ugliest attitude when I asked her about the holiday donuts like she had no idea what I was taking about her facial expressions yet continued to argue back. Ruined my morning, if you work with costumers you should always have a positive attitude.

I've visited this location quite a few times now and every visit is a pleasant one. The employees are always so kind and quick in getting the orders out. So far, everything I have tried is good: donuts, iced coffees as well as the kolaches.
My last visit I had the pleasure of having Jakayla serve us which prompted this review. She was patient & friendly. She even gave my son the cutest Cookie Monster donut! We will keep coming back đ

After visiting a different Shipley's location in colleyville, I want to give this location(my home area) due praise. The bacon egg and cheese kolache is perfectly sized and cooked, and uses a very good sweet bread, and the price is good. The other locations have regular bread that isn't cooked. inside(gross) and is $1.25 more. At this location, The salted caramel cold brew has a good balance of caramel and coffee. The other locations definitely has more coffee than caramel. So here's to you Shipley's donuts South fort Worth location, you're doing rather well in the election-winning opinion of the average blue-collar worker. Great job, you've got my vote. it's a donut shop at 5am - not too much atmosphere. I was so excited when I saw that there was a Shipley's where I happened to be. I kept it simple - 2 dozen donut holes(1 vanilla and 1 chocolate). Shipley's is pretty notorious for their warm and fresh donut holes. got in my car and got on the road. first impression - these are not warm. proceeded to eat the cold donut hole. my eyes filled w tears as I almost ran off the road. not due to sadness, but from pain caused by me apparently biting into a rock. like, right out of the parking lot rock. cold, day(maybe even 2day) old donut holes. RIGHT WHEN THEY OPENED! do better, guys. throw 1-2 day old holes in the trash.

I grew up on Shipley Donuts in Houston. Been a big fan of their products for a lifetime. So, I was glad to discover a Shipley's Donut here in FW. I love the Apple Fritter. The past two times that I visited there were no apples in the Apple Fritter! So, on the 3rd visit I told this to the lady at the counter. She assured me that they always cut up and put the apples in the Apple Fritter. Okay, so I bought an Apple Fritter and took one home. Went to eat it and yet again, no apples in the Apple Fritter! What a rip off. Three straight visits getting an Apple Fritter and it had nothing but dough and no apples. Three straight visits with no apples in the Apple Fritter......that can't be an accident.
Tried to use the drive thru during posted operating hours. No one came to the window after multiple times of me ringing the doorbell provided for service. Clearly this location does not care about service or cash flow.

I find the customer service very rude . I asked could the warm up the donut holes at least . Said they can't do that and I can come in. This will be the last time I come here . Don't waste your money . Better quality at the mom and pop shops . Very cold donuts

Purchased a pickup last call package through the toogoodtogo app the the store advertised it as being ready at 1pm got to the store and it was closed, this has happened twice once on New Yearâs Eve and another time recently. Since the orders were not refunded or the location did not decide to do anything about the order I must leave this review to show others if something goes wrong and itâs totally their fault they will not try to make up the mess up.
The girl at the counter was very snobby she should have been working in a 5 star restaurant instead of a donut shop

Went to Shipleyâs for some Saturday morning donuts! Iâm used to their glaze donuts being nice and warm and fresh as well as their kolaches. Although everything was nice and soft, they just werenât warm, so that was a bummer. But it everything did seem fresh. So maybe I need to go earlier. I will be trying them out again at an earlier time!
