I go every Sunday morning for chocolate icing donut & small hazelnut coffee. The young lady in the drive thru is so sweet. One day, she'll remember me and I won't be asking for my order she will already know. In any way, she's pretty, sweet and always polite.

If you can’t fill a customer’s order at all, please cancel the order so we can go somewhere else. I spent $28 and didn’t get one thing I ordered. If I wanted glazed donuts, I would of ordered them!

I come here ALMOST every morning on my way to work...I stop and get coffee and their donuts...very friendly and outgoing sometimes they might crack a joke are two🤣😂 I'm so glad they are convenient on my way to work.. Well I'm back........Thursday October 10th this morning I pulled in and order a small coffee like always and this time I ordered a bacon 🥓 sandwich I warmed it up intentionally to eat it for my lunch at 11:00 FOUND HUMAN HAIR WRAPPED UP IN MY SANDWICH 🥪 😠 I'm very SHOCKED 😲 cause this don't happen to me!!!!!

From the moment I drove up I knew there was something special to this place. The staff were beyond the norm. Greetings from the 1st step into the store it was polite, kind ,courteous and cordial to me....this is the destination for ALL students this school year before school en route to school, work or just relaxing on a off day......... Shipley is the destination MMM.MMM.MMM....GUUUD

Well, at first, I wasn't sure about this particular Shipley because I go to the one in Bedford, which is amazing. But I was pleased with the service and product. Fresh doughnuts and kolache were good also, so no more driving to the other side of town. Customer service is good and fast service also so my new Shipley spot

A beacon of light shone through the crisp 5 AM air. I pulled into the trash covered the pothole filled parking lot, hoping I wouldn’t get shot or mugged. I asked myself was it my time, did I make it heaven or the Shipley Do-Nuts on Miller Ave? Either way I couldn’t care, I just wanted to make it to this bright sanctuary. When I made it inside, I still wasn’t sure if I was in a donut shop or in the afterlife. Behold, there were warm kolaches, an abundance of donuts, and donut holes, the holiest of them all. The food was a divine blessing, each bite a taste of heaven, and the prices were just and righteous. I recommend you make a pilgrimage at least once in your life.
