How important is branding for Shipley's? I was excited to see a Shipley's finally be built near my home. I was excited by all the branding and extended branding by the new franchisee. When I purchased anything, everyone I shared it with was excited about it. Now, after a few months, that is no longer the case. Anytime I purchase a pastry, I am no longer carrying a product in a Shipley-branded bag, napkin, box, or sacks, for that matter. They now look like any other Donut...
