My family has eaten at this establishment for years now. We do not eat there frequently since we live about 30-40 minutes away but it's my son's favorite chicken place so we go as often as we can. The food is always great, I cannot think of a single time we've ever had an issue. The staff has always been kind and attentive. However, today was a unique day. My son asked to eat there for his 6th birthday. Some hours have passed so I hope I am not misremembering the name but Caleb greeted us at the door and provided the best service I've ever had at a fast food establishment from beginning to end. As someone who has worked in the food industry and knows the workers typically do not get the recognition they deserve, I felt it was important to notify his manager and write this review. We are very grateful to Caleb and to Slims for a wonderful experience and my son especially enjoyed his birthday brownie!

I will never come here again and If I get sick from this. Ill be having a lawsuit.. I ordered Chicken and Waffles yesterday. I dont know whats inside the chicken. I threw up right after this and tossed my food into the trash.

She has been rude ever since she started. Before that we really enjoyed coming. Not anymore!

I came in yesterday to get a chicken sandwich. The sandwich took a hot minute to come out which is fine however all I could hear while waiting was the incessant screaming of the manager in the back. Service was quite nice but I don't think anyone needs to be screamed at like that essentially not your employees. Definitely disappointed in management for being so rude to employees and creating a hostile vibe for customers.

I dined in and the cashier was super friendly, we didnt have to wait that long to receive our food. I got the 5&5 meal. When we got our food it was super fresh and it was delicious, honestly better then canes 10/10✨

Russell is amazing! This place tastes incredible and the GM is so welcoming. He went above and beyond to serve us and even picked up our trash for us. He even gave my niece a free brownie because she just got braces. He is just the nicest person. I will definitely be back

We went here on one of their busiest days (Free meals for everybody) and they had the store running like the best well oiled machine ever!
EVERY staff member was pleasant, patient, polite and efficient during what could’ve been a highly chaotic time. The line was wrapped around the store and it moved soooo fast! Kudos to all of you! Being an efficient team seems simple but it takes skill and effort. I’m a customer for life and I’ll shout from the roof time about this store and their wonderful staff!❤️

Over rated, long wait time and completely messed up order. Not worth coming again to this location. I went through the drive thru when i got to the speaker they told me they would be back in a minute. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to get back to me on the speaker! No apology or anything! When I put my order in, i had to repeat ut back a few times, so I made sure to listen when I got to the window to make sure it was the right order. Well, they messed it up entirely - wrong drink, wrong meal, wrong sauce...I didn't know until I got home and at that point it wasn't worth coming back! Also, this is the second time they've screwed up my order but I wanted to give this location another chance. There are other locations with better service and food, I'm would not bother with this one.
