I came in when it was quite busy, but the workers were very efficient and handed orders out very quickly (considering the lengthy process of smoothie-making and the fact there were only 2-3 workers in the front). They were also very friendly and kind. Another customer accidentally took my order instead of theirs because we got the same drink but in different sizes; to make up for this, the workers gave me the other customer’s drink, even though it was a bigger size than I had ordered. It balances out since the other customer ended up with (my) smaller size, but I still found it kind of the SK employees to do that for me.
They mess order up every single time. The young Asian girl about the only one who gets it right. Maybe learn to read when we buy in app. I can’t understand why they let you adjust order yet don’t read.
