WENT IN TO GET A PEANUT POWER PLUS CHOCALATE, THE MANAGER SAID I COULDN;T HAVE THE CHOCOLATE BECAUSE I DIDN'T ORDER THE DRINK EXACTLY LIKE IT WAS ON THE MENU. I WANT A REFUND AT THE LEAST PLUS I TIPPED.Parking: PARKING TIGHT BUT MANAGABLE NOT A PROBLEM

I would just keep going to the next smoothie king. Smoothie was made incorrectly, after having them remake the cashier seemeddemanding that i throw the original in the trash which i was standing next to. Overall unpleasant

I have to give major kudos to LaLa and I believe her name was Alicia. I’ve had a few bad experiences at this one a few years ago I was reluctant to go back even though it’s the closest one to my house. Very professional and sweet ladies with a AMAZING customer service skills. Super clean facility. I was greeted when they noticed me, offered to help me pick something new. Still hadn’t had the app until them. I am so happy with my service Im going back today for another smoothie! Thanks ladies I’ll always come back to this one!

This store is filled with UNPROFESSIONAL RATS! They closed 10min early and proceeded to not let me in to pickup my mobile order. They laughed, threw up middle fingers, and cut the lights off in my face! Manager included!! Stay away from this location!!!

Took forever. Smoothie so thick I had to get a spoon been 48 min now and still can’t drink it thought the straw me and my husband paid 22 for two smoothies very chalky ,crunchy and not mixed up . Disappointed

Generally decent all around but this location seems to be out of either bananas or peanut butter way more than expected. And my favorite smoothie is peanut power plus (bananas AND peanut butter) ?Also, one time I got a drink and it tasted like straight ice. Must be what happens when employees get too busy.
Snagged me this great tasting chocolate Hulk!!! Enjoyed it on the go ?

Not greeted. Not assisted. Nothing. Luckily I got my smoothies but ... I won't be back to this location unless I have no choice. Rude to say the least and the fact that I mentioned I could have been secret shopping, it was still an echo of silence in the building ???until I went to leave and the guy says THANKS....as dru, empty as possible and the girl looked up over her phone and went back to texting. Awesome
