Got my normal smoothie this morning and a free avocado toast, which was fire by the way. The guy working this morning made a perfect smoothie and made the toast look just like the pictures. He had my smoothie rolling, customer ordering in store, and customer is in the drive-through. And handled it like a boss, very efficient and clean store.

Got the pure recharge mango strawberry. The person who made my drink put water in it, which i thought ok well I put water in my smoothies sometimes so thats fine. However it tastes like nothing, and watered down. Service was fast but I feel like I wasted $10. I would ask for them to remake it but i had to leave for work. Disappointed.

I have the same complaint as the previous. The male associate at the drive-thru this morning was the same guy a month ago, charged my card additional $3.00 for a 32 oz gladiator smoothie. I realized the charged on my card hours later when I was at home. I let it go.
Around 10am when I pulled into drive-thru to order 20 oz hulk. As I went around to pay, I recognized him. I asked for a receipt. His response to me was "I am sorry but the machine is not working". That's the same response he gave me a month ago. I got my smoothie and my card. I pulled into a empty parking space opened up my banking app and saw he had charged my card an additional $1.25. I went into the store to address it. There was a female associate at the register. Both looked flustered when they saw me. When I asked him why was my card charged $9.57 instead of $8.32, he responded with "it's a corporate issue, they have been having issues with it, corporate is aware and the female associate was calling "corporate" to let them know. Clearly, he is stealing from customers by adding additional charge to customer's cards without their consents.
I go to this specific location all the time. I have never had issues with the other associates except for this guy. I am wondering if it's the same guy that the other customers have complaints on.
