Wasted my time and gas coming to this location for them not to have most of the ingredients for any of the smoothies! They might as well close for the day or until they get the Fruit for the smoothies!!! it is literally in the name

I went to get an extreme watermelon smoothie and it was watery so I brought it back to see if they could remake it. They “remade it” and it was still watery. I’ve had the smoothie at another location and it wasn’t watery.. smh I won’t be visiting this smoothie king location again.

Would be great if they would actually put your smoothie in a Styrofoam cup when you ask for them. Last 4 times I've gone through the drive through and specifically asked for them to be in Styrofoam and they never are.

Bad Experience with Poor Service and Quality
I took my mom to Smoothie King for her usual Açaí Bowl, something she really looks forward to. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The manager, Rod, made the bowl completely wrong—the portions were way off. I politely pointed it out, expecting it to be corrected, but he refused to remake it properly.
I ended up paying extra in hopes of making it right, but even after that, it still wasn’t correct. The bowl was so off that my mom couldn’t even eat it, which was really upsetting. We essentially wasted $13 on something that should’ve been a simple and enjoyable order.
I’ve never had this kind of experience at Smoothie King before, and it’s disappointing to see such poor customer service and disregard for quality.

Got my normal smoothie this morning and a free avocado toast, which was fire by the way. The guy working this morning made a perfect smoothie and made the toast look just like the pictures. He had my smoothie rolling, customer ordering in store, and customer is in the drive-through. And handled it like a boss, very efficient and clean store.

Got the pure recharge mango strawberry. The person who made my drink put water in it, which i thought ok well I put water in my smoothies sometimes so thats fine. However it tastes like nothing, and watered down. Service was fast but I feel like I wasted $10. I would ask for them to remake it but i had to leave for work. Disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience in the drive thru today with Matt! He was so kind, polite, and had a smile on his face the entire time. Matt made my day and my smoothie was delicious.
