Every time I come here, my shake is made to perfection! And I order the same thing each time, no complaints! This is a NOTABLE change from 6 months ago! Not sure if you changed management, but MUCH BETTER!

The most disrespectful service I've ever had in my entire life. Worker taking the order was really rude and told me to pull up to the window in a very disrespectful tone, and when I got to the window he snatched the money out of my hand aggressively. When I left I called the store and the lady seemed not to care at all and was talking to me as if I where stupid, asking if I had anything else to tell her in a sarcastic tone, and did not do anything about it. I would not recommend place to anyone plus they managed to get my order wrong. Very disrespectful and if anyone knows the corporates number please let me know, thank you.

We have been to this location multiple times with no issue however today was surprising to us. I ordered 3 different drinks and I asked for cup holder to hold all the drinks since I am the only one in the car. I was unfortunately told they don’t carry cup holders any longer. I asked how they are going to hand multiple drinks to a customer and their response was they will just tell the customer they do that have it. I will not go to this place if you plan on getting drinks for multiple people and you have no other hands to help.

I have been here since they’ve been open, or should I say suppose to open. Online and door say 7a and isn’t no staff to be found and within the 45 mins I’ve been waiting atleast 10-15 people have drove up or thru the drive thru experiencing the same thing. This is ridiculous how can you run a business if no one is gonna open!

I love smoothie king but will never use this one EVER AGAIN. This location is close to my job and convenient I visit it frequently with no issues… however!!! Yesterday I ordered a pineapple mango and was served a strawberry blueberry. I told them this was not correct. Instead of simply fixing the issue THE MANAGER JUSTINA became excessively rude and aggressive. She repeated that she confirmed the strawberry blueberry with me when I was ordering and that’s what I asked for, but that she would have me made what I wanted. I informed her that I did not ask for strawberry blueberry but I did ask for pineapple mango, if she could show me a menu I would reconfirm that. She became snappy and aggressive and stated she gave me what I asked for and she confirmed it with me during ordering. I do not eat strawberries so I know for a fact she was incorrect and again asked for a menu so I could confirm the name of what I did order. To this she replied I could go back through the drive through and order again. I am on my way to work and I have already paid $11 for my smoothie at this time. I told her that I would like someone else to assist me to which she replied THEY CANT HELP YOU. I asked for my money back but since I had already been waiting, been given the wrong item, paid with a debit card, was treated rudely by THE MANAGER, and needed to get to work… I took the strawberry blueberry and cut my losses, ended up giving it to a coworker. Poorest management skills I have ever seen in my life. This lady is rude beyond measure. Not sure if I will go out of my way anymore to give smoothie king any of my money if it’s that big of an issue. And to add to the topic if you order from this smoothie kind online 8/10 times they just cancel the order. Y’all need new management immediately!

I’m hoping a manager or owner will contact me. I sent my sister to pick up a Berry Punch (on the menu) I happened to be on the phone listening and the woman working today and answering the phones is beyond rude. I called and the voice matched kind you she won’t give her name. I told her it is not ok to talk to people the way she was talking. No I did not raise my voice or curse. She laughed said I must have the wrong number and hung up on me. Mind you she was being rude to my sister because she didn’t know what was in the berry punch even though it’s on the menu. Called back and she hung up again. Please reach out. Jena was her name told my husband I was swearing at her which is not true. Glad I recorded everything. Jena is apparently the manager. Hung up on my husband as well. Her behavior is unacceptable and lack of integrity as far as telling the truth.Update:Who ever responded to this review from the company, you have the email address incorrect. I was able to find the correct email and sent 2 emails with no response. Definitely explains why your managers talk to people the way they do.

Worst smoothie king in the world. Some of the workers have the worst attitude. If your looking for a watery sloppy smoothie come here. The ingredients are never mixed up properly and it seems as if your drinking water rather than a perfectly blended smoothie. My smoothies are always nasty and filled with bubbles I mean what is this slop. Wish I could get my money back I drive 30 minutes to another location because this place can NEVER get it right

First time having a bad experience. Not sure her name but believe it was Lanay. My smoothie tasted nothing like it was supposed to and had more ice then anything.But nobody answered the drive thru and had to go inside to catch her at the register doing nothing. Bad smoothie, then proceeded to have a bad attitude. My boyfriend was getting the smoothie for me so I tried calling at least 5 times to have no one answer the phone. Tried reaching out to someone via twitter and it’s like all the employees are bots. Nobody willing to help and won’t get my money again.

This movie was great, the attitude of the employee was not. As I am a young millennial myself, I feel that I am understanding, and try to avoid making a Karen scene. I placed an order on the app right when the store open, it took me 20 minutes to drive up there to pick it up, as I understand, she was the only employee in the store. An order was not ready, no issue at all. When I walked in, she rudely asked me Are you here for the online order, I replied, yes. She then very quickly slop the products together, put it in the blender and press start after pressing start. She proceeded to tell me something that I could not understand, or make word of what she said.As the blender was on, I said, I'm sorry I cannot hear you, so she spoke three times as loud over the blender and a very high pitch volume and told me what she had said in a very angry tone , a loud tone. You would think for these salary wage jobs and young kids getting paid up to $20 an hour to start. They would at least treat you nice, as a new resident to the area I will not be back, I hope no one else waste their time or money here .
