I stopped by Smoothie King while traveling through Fort Worth, Texas, and was extremely impressed! The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. My smoothie was absolutely delicious, perfectly blended, and refreshing. The wait time was super fast too, which was great since I was on the go. Overall, a top-notch experience! I’ll definitely be stopping by again next time I’m in town.

I had the best smoothie from smoothie king on Hulen St!!! Alexus and Elizandra are so friendly and if the person ordering isn't sure of which kind of smoothie to get, they ( Alexus and Liz) are very knowledgeable of a whole variety of flavors and very helpful with the kind of smoothie you're sure to love and come back again and again!!! Have great customer service! I will definitely go back to Smoothie King on Hulen St next time I'm in Fort Worth!!!

I’m incredibly disappointed with how Smoothie King management, specifically Andrea Esparza, handled a recent situation involving my colleague. After completing a customer satisfaction survey and selecting the option to be contacted regarding her visit, my colleague expected a professional follow-up—perhaps a phone call or email to clarify her experience. Instead, within an hour, Andrea Esparza sent an aggressive and unprofessional email banning her from the store entirely. No discussion. No clarification. Just a threat that if she entered the premises again, it would be considered trespassing and law enforcement would be contacted. This is not how a customer-facing business should operate, especially one that offers surveys claiming to care about feedback. If honest customer feedback is met with threats rather than resolution, it speaks volumes about the culture and priorities of the management. Highly disappointed!
I always recommend this location to all of my friends. The staff here are so sweet and polite as well as have so much knowledge about the menu! 10/10 my friends and I favorite smoothie king location.

This store sucks mainly because of the way it's built. I pulled in the driveway and ordered egg clouds. The employee told me they didn't have any of the 3 flavors they sell. That's very irresponsible for a store to not have inventory at opening hours. Now afte I wasted gas and time coming to a store that doesn't have items on the menu, I can't pull out of the line because 2 cars are in front of me. The drive way is designed so you can't pull out of line when they don't have what you ordered. I wish I could give this store a negative 10 for a score.

It was the best I came in to charge my phone off the back I got service I didn't order but rex gave me a free smoothie on him the service was perfect I would most definitely come back it was better than McDonald's service and the smoothie I ordered was bomb I loved it and they were both friendly and approachable and Kaylee was also funny 🤣 btw also friendly.
