I wouldn’t recommend they have bad service and plenty break ins I heard the last one the managers didn’t even come to the store then I went earlier the girl messed up on my smoothie and refused to remake it

Ordered through the drive through and thought I was clear the 3-4 times I mentioned in allergic to bananas please no banannas. I ordered a pink hulk no bananas. And I was on a work call so I didn't drink any right away but when I got done and down the road. I could clearly taste bananas and I'm now in a stomach clenching pain mouth ripped up as well as I paid 8$ for a smoothie that has made.me sick I'm not thrilled

I showed up today an hour before closing and the employee is hiding trying to avoid having to actually work. The doors are closed and no response through the drive thru. People these days getting lazier and lazier by the minute. Will be contacting corporate.

I ordered thru the app because I didn't want to wait in the drive thru. There is 4 cars in the drive thru. Door to the lobby has a written note closed lobby. Whats the point of ordering ahead in the app?

I thought it was closed at first! (Noon time) So glad we pulled over to look. There is a guy holding the place down completely; wearing all the hats. He was patient while I placed my drive thru order. Very courteous and personable. And my smoothie was absolutely delicious.

Hey guys this place is great. They have an employee named Tie who is always very helpful! He always has suggestions and adds things to my smoothies to make them quite possibly the best smoothies I've ever had!! All of the staff are very friendly and the smoothies are great!
If you're forced to go here because you like drive thrus, please pay in cash. The workers here are just as polite as they are shady.

This location is a disgrace to smoothie king. There was seven people waiting inside for wrong orders five people in the drive through line and we waited 15 minutes. They had to ask again once we got to the window to take the order then still got the order incorrect. They forgot to even ask for payment I had to tell him I hadn’t paid yet. People go to smoothie King to get a quick meal on the way home or to the gym not to sit here and wait like you ordered a steak. I would not recommend this location period they still didn’t get my smoothie right after the second time tasted like sweet foam it was disgusting!. And wasted 20 min. I go here regular on a daily basis and for the last week it has got horrible both in service and quality. Whoever owned this location should fix this problem immediately as you are losing big business because I know I’m not the only one. And the new smoothie King just opened up on Hulen Street right down the road which I’m going to now to get another smoothie.

Order online but still have to go through drive through to pick up the order. What’s the point of ordering online? Service was very unenthusiastic. The drive thru only option should be advertised. I would not have come to the store if I knew the wait would be that long. Don’t go to this store.
