I ordered through drive-thru, and even though they were short-staffed, they gave me and my friend excellent service and quality smoothies. I got the Gladiator with plant-based protein, it was delicious!

This location is on my way to work and it never fails it's always slow service, what's the point of having a drive thru if the speaker doesn't work and the employee tells you to come inside cause they don't wanna work both areas. By far worse smoothie king!! Also my bowl is always wrong and our talking about a $12 bowl!! Absolutely needs to be fixed I won't come back until this issue is resolved either pay better and get adults to work here you have nothing but kids working here.

I have gone to this location 4 different times in the last 2 weeks and have been told every time they aren't making acai bowls. Why offer something if you refuse to make it? I will go to the alliance location from now on.

15 minutes in drive thru waiting, they didnt even address me. Had to park and go inside. 2 female employees inside working. Their mgr reportedly quit, and ahe could not tell me if the shop is individually owned or franchise. This place is constantly slow, and provides bad service.

Customer service is super bad at this location, when I first came in at 8:00 p.m. the two ladies that was working there we're looking at me with a mean look on their face, and didn't even speak. when I gave the cashier my coupon she made it seem like it was my fault the reason why the coupon didn't go through, then another girl helped her that work there and she didn't even apologize. I won't be coming back

I am originally from Houston, so I don’t visit this location often. Not only was I disappointed coming here, but I also waste of my time.First, my wait time was about 10 minutes in the drive-through alone. Once I got my smoothly, I noticed that it was wrong. I ordered a 32 ounce angel food slim and asked to sub for strawberries for blueberries, giving it a bluish purpleish hue. When I received my smoothie, it was very clearly made with strawberry. I went in to get my smoothie remade only for it to take another five minutes to remake it. Once I received it, I noticed how extremely watery it was. Like I’m not kidding- it was barely even cold.In total, I was at this location between 15- 20 minutes. If I wasn’t already in such a hurry, I would’ve definitely asked him to remake it for a third time or did you give me a refund. At just about every location in Houston, this would be unacceptable. I’m not sure of the locals experience this type of service, it’s something seriously terrible.

This black kid in drive thru today took my order I was only car. I sat there for 10mins and he opens window and asked what my order was........this 2nd time he did this and it's 1 small drink......these employees here are worst

This location has gotten so bad. Everytime i get my usual it's bad. This last time I got so sick.i was throwing up all night. The shake was sour. I drank a few drinks and threw it away. I order from the one by my work now. This location is always dirty and my cups always have my shake on the outside of the cup. I'm done with this store. I think whoever runs this location isn't very involved. It's sad because I drink smoothie king at least twice a week
