recommend going to another location unless you like your order with a side of attitude i should’ve checked the girls name but i didn’t since normally i have no issues at this location but to whoever one of the white girls with freckles working the afternoon shift is if you hate your job find another one sweetie terrible customer service very rude for no reason ?

I haven’t had Smoothie King in Months and today reminded me what I was missing out on! Chanelle, helped pick exactly what I was looking for and even got myself the New Hearty 8 Grain Loaded Test! Thank you so much Chanelle!

The girls here are great, the reason for the 3 stars is due to the male employee with longer hair. During a rush the girls had to handle it solo because he decided to “go to qt” definitely feel bad for them not having a team player to help them out. I did a mobile order and was here between 1:48-1:55 for reference.

I came in the morning to get a smoothie on my way to work, and the workers are super nice! They had free samples of yummy toast, informed me of a 3 dollar coupon, and overall great customer service.

Every time I go in there the smoothies turn out different. they dont go by recipe they just judge by their liking which is ridiculous the smoothies are always wrong in store and in app they don't blend enough you get a chunky smoothie not a smoothie and the new girl asks if we want it sweet or unsweetened and never have been asked that before which means I don't think she knows what's she's doing and trying to uncharged people is ridiculous I do NOT Recommend

I don't understand what is going on here. This location used to do just fine. Now every smoothie we get is messed up. Twice now Chanelle has given us bad smoothies. Since when does the Pure Recharge Mango Strawberry come with yogurt or since when is it chunky?
