the older big lady that helped us was so RUDE she even tipped herself when i paid, which i think it’s illegal to do! she treats her coworkers so rude, honestly poor girl she was just cleaning up and she give her attitude for no reason. she keeps whipping her hair, which is not sanitary, i don’t feel safe even drinking my drink after i left

I ordered the hazelnut toast and substituted blueberries for bananas, tell me why this girl can’t read and put blueberries instead of strawberries? It’s substituted for a reason, my husband is allergic to blueberries.

The staff are great, the problem is the app, sorry but it's trash I couldn't sign in and when I try to change the password just inquiry to very strong security characters, Is it a bank account or something similar? trash

God smoothies! A bit pricey but good.

Juan was a horrible cashier. Was not patient in trying to take my order. Esp since I had my daughter and she can’t read the menu. So I just asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. I tried ordering a strawberry lemonade and I guess he got frustrated and just passed the register to another associate. She took 1 order but Juan never inputted the other orders I told him and that frustrated me some more. Ridiculous and customer service was subpar. If Juan isn’t patient then he needs to work elsewhere

I had an amazing experience at this Smoothie King! Tiffany made me the best smoothie I’ve ever had. Not only was the drink delicious, but her customer service was top-tier. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even recommended that I sign up for the rewards program, which gave me 100 points right away. I’m definitely going to be coming back more often now. Highly recommend!
