This was probably the worst Smoothie King experience I have ever had. The ordering process was a complete mess and the staff moved extremely slowly. They did not seem to care that there was a full line of people waiting, and they barely acknowledged anyone.
I received one of my items but never got my other drink. My smoothie bowl completely melted while I was waiting around twenty minutes with no update or apology, and people who ordered after me were getting their drinks first. After finally asking for a refund about twelve minutes later they were even slow to process that and still never said sorry or acknowledged the inconvenience.
What made it worse was that the staff seemed more focused on prepping ingredients than actually making drinks for the customers waiting. That might be fine when there is downtime but not when there is a long line of paying customers. Overall this was a very disappointing experience with no sense of urgency or accountability.

Bad experience. They did not accepted a visa gift card or cash. I waited about 10min for my order and when it was time to pay the girl did not know how to do the gift card. Then she made me wait more and then she attended another customer and after that she said she could not take my visa gift card. I took out cash and she said she does not accepted cash. There should me signs stating no gift cards or cash. Waste of my time and the long drive to get to this location.

I always love smoothie king and my favorite smoothie happens to be vegan by default, the Daily Warrior, which is like if a PB&J were a smoothie. The smoothies are filling, delicious, and convenient to drink when going about your day.
Any smoothie can be made vegan upon request by replacing the Gladiator protein (from milk) with pea powder protein. Although primarily a smoothie place (drinks and bowls), they do sell a small selection of fruit and nut snacks as well as their new “Power Eats” that have some vegan options (like avocado toast). Not sure if their hazelnut spread is vegan or contains milk.
